The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from May 21-June 6:

 

Alabaster

 

May 29

-Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 17 at Cedar Grove Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated were two hydrocodone pills, a prescription pill bottle and cigarette cellophane wrapper.

-Information only from the 200 block of Warwick Lane (residence, home).

-Identity theft from the 1900 block of Butler Road (residence, home). Stolen were 10 transactions from Blizzard in the amount of $599.99, a trans actin from HCCUA in the amount of $34.95 and a transaction from Big Church in the amount of $29.99.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Industrial Road (highway, street). Damaged was a railroad crossing gate in the amount of $2,000.

-Theft of property and criminal trespass from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were three 50-pound bags of dog food in the amount of $61.93.

-Information only from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen were five Playstation 3 games valued at $247.20.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 200 block of Brentwood Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Lake Forest Way (residence, home).

-Welfare check from the 500 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Excessive noise from the 1100 block of Amberly Woods Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the North Colonial Promenade (department store). Recovered were blue jeans valued at $79.88.

-Theft of property from the 8000 block of Highway 119 (other, unknown). Stolen were a Craftsman pressure washer valued at $500 and a Warner ladder valued at $300.

May 30

-Officers authorized to remove vehicles from Highway 31 and Old Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Open door from the 7800 block of Highway 17 (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Pebble Lane (residence, home). Damaged were two interior doors in the amount of $200 and three walls in the amount of $200.

-Recovered property from the parking lot of the Amstar theater (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a men’s wallet and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Burglary attempt and attempted unlawfully breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Kentwood Drive (residence, home).

-Harassing communications from the 2100 block of North Grande View Lane (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Sequoia Trail (residence, home). Stolen were an iPod touch valued at $300 and a cell phone battery valued at $100.

-Damage to property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a back windshield.

-Identity theft from 100 Horseshoe Circle. Stolen was $1,744 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from address unlisted (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were an OP shirt valued at $5 and khaki pants valued at $22.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Ninth Street Northwest (other, unknown). Stolen was a 2001 Chevrolet Metro valued at $3,200.

-Information only from the 7300 block of Highway 119 (other, unknown).

-Harassment from the 100 block of Reese Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence, home).

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 100 block of Apricot Lane (commercial). Stolen were Stihl weed eater valued at $500 and GE microwave valued at $50. Damaged were two Brinks locks in the amount of $30.

-Incident from Waterford Subdivision in the Village (highway/street). Damaged were a U.S. flag and pole in the amount of $20.

-Sale of alcohol to underage person from the 11000 block of Alabama 25 (conv. store).

-Criminal surveillance from the 2000 block of Kensington Court (residence/home).

-Agency assist from U.S. 31 and Sixth Avenue (highway/street).

-Failure to appear from the 10000 block of Alabama 25 (govt/public building).

-Burglary III and theft of property I from Stonecreek Place (residence/home). Stolen were Macbook Pro valued at $2,800, iMac valued at $1,500, Movado wrist watch valued at $1,600, Swiss Army wrist watch valued at $600, Playstation 3 valued at $400 and four Playstation 3 games valued at $240.

-Theft of property III from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (dept. store). Stolen were two roast kits valued at $28, Success rice valued at $3, two juices valued at $8, Pampers wipes valued at $6, two diapers valued at $18 and miscellaneous items valued at $31.

-Theft of property II from Kensington Boulevard (residence/home). Stolen was a Woodforst National debit card valued at $0.

-Harassing communications from Waterford Highlands Trail (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 1100 block of 17th Avenue (storage facility). Stolen was a Droid Bionic valued at $250.

-Criminal mischief from Cattail Lane (residence/home). Damaged was a triple-pane frosted window valued at $6,000.

 

June 2

-Simple assault from U.S. 31 (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence from Interstate 65 and mile marker 232 (highway/street).

-Incident from the 300 block of Savannah Circle (residence/home).

-Incident from the 100 block of Creek Run Way (residence/home). Stolen was a brown Hilfirger wallet valued at $40.

-Theft of property III from the 2100 block of 15th Street (residence/home). Stolen was $400 in U.S. currency.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Supercenter Drive (restaurant).

-Incident from U.S. 31 and Shelby County 70 (conv. store).

 

June 3

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from Alabama 25 and U.S. 31 (highway/street). Damaged were plastic container with crystalline substance and set of digital scales.

-Found property from the 8100 block of U.S. 31 (commercial). Recovered were two check books from Woodforest Bank.

-Forgery II from the 10000 block of Alabama 25 (commercial).

 

June 5

-Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle from the 8200 block of U.S. 31 (highway/street). Damaged was a tan Toyota Camry in the amount of $200.

-Agency assist from the 100 block of Creek Stone Trail (residence/home).

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 200 block of Camden Cove Parkway (residence/home).

-Failure to appear from the 400 block of Sixth Avenue South, Birmingham (govt./public building).

-Harassment from Carrington Lane (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Walton Street (other/unknown). Stolen was an Alabama license plate valued at $13.25.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of East College Street (conv. store). Stolen was a Samsung Galaxy cell phone valued at $500.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Wood Lane (residence/home). Stolen was a gray pit bull canine with white diamond on chest valued at $800.

-Theft and criminal mischief from the 100 block of Thompson Street (residence/home). Stolen were woman’s purse with contents and Chevrolet S-10 Blazer.

May 29

-Harassment from the 3600 block of Oakleaf Drive (residence, home).

-Information only – damage to property from South Crest Trail (residence, home). Damaged was a brick mailbox in the amount of $500.

-Failure to appear from County Road 13 at the Bibb County line (highway, street).

-Forgery second degree from the 1100 block of Lawley Street (residence, home). Forged was a check in the amount of $60.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of controlled substances from the McDonald’s parking lot (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were a small plastic bag of marijuana valued at $5 and a plastic container of a sandwich bag containing cocaine residue valued at $5.

 

June 2

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from McDonald’s (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a bag of marijuana valued at $18.

-Theft of property second degree from the 6000 block of Highway 13 (residence, home). Stolen were several crystal items valued at $750, an Xbox valued at $300, ceramic coasters valued at $50 and a Sony Blu Ray player valued at $500.

 

June 3

-Damaged property from Brook Forest Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a chimney and side of a residence.

-Leash ordinance violationf from Laurel Woods Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of controlled substances from County Road 17 at Dollar General (highway, street). Confiscated was a clear plastic bag containing 4 grams of crack cocaine valued at $25.

 

June 4

-Criminal mischief from Highway 261 (restaurant). Damaged was a double pane window in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property III from the 4700 block of Alabama 25 (residence/home). Stolen was an Alabama license plate valued at $1.

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 200 block of Melton Street (residence/home). Stolen were two men’s gold wedding rings valued at $400, $140 in U.S. currency, chrome large frame 22 cal valued at $1, Alabama driver’s license valued at $0 and various credit cards valued at $0.

-Assault II from the 100 block of Bice Circle (residence/home).

-Burglary III and criminal mischief III from the 100 block of Ellis Street (residence/home). Damaged were an exterior door and doorframe in the amount of $250.

-Theft of property II from the 10 block of Tomlyn Road (residence/home). Stolen were Social Security card, birth certificate, Skyview debit card and Alabama driver’s license, all valued at $0.

-Assault III from Valley Street and North Boundary Street (highway/street).

-Criminal mischief III from the 100 block of Comanche Street (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a passenger car tire in the amount of $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and criminal mischief from 222 County Road 33 (field, woods). Damaged were a window on a 2000 Gulf Stream Sun Sport motor coach in the amount of $500 and a rear aluminum door on a Pace America cargo utility trailer in the amount of $500. Stolen were a Dynex 42-inch television valued at $500 and a Honda 2001 generator valued at $2,000.

-Property damage vehicle from Interstate 65 at Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Ford Taurus in the amount of $500.

-Criminal mischief from 222 County Road 33 (field, woods). Damaged was the ignition switch of a 2004 Key West 1702 boat in the amount of $550.

-Harassment from the 400 block of Cambrian Ridge Trail (residence, home).

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from the 800 block of Keystone Court (commercial).

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Interstate 65 northbound at the 243 mile marker (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 3048 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a $20 bill, a bottle of methadone, a bottle of oxycodone and a bottle of soma.

-Theft of property by deception from the Check N Go at 3018 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was $13,000 in U.s. currency.

-Harassing communications from the 2000 block of County Services Drive (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 1900 block of Chandalar Court (residence, home). Stolen were an air compressor valued at $200, a Ryobi power tool combo set valued at $200, a Kobalt air hammer valued at $100, a toy chest valued at $100, Wii games valued at $500 and a stereo with DVD player and six speakers valued at $400.

-Property damage from County Road 11 at Oak Forest Way (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 BMW 325i in the amount of $1,000.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Royal Place (residence, home). Stolen were a Hewlit Packard laptop computer with a Belkin notebook card valued at $500 and an AT&T USB wireless card valued at $100 and damaged was an interior door in the amount of $200.

 

May 31

-Theft of lost property and fraudulent use of a credit card from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a canvass check wallet valued at $20, a Sears Mastercard, a Wells Fargo debit card, a Macy’s American Express card, Santa Fe Day Spa gift cards and a Wells Fargo check book.

-Robbery from the 4000 block of Saddle Run Circle (residence, home). Stolen were $300 in U.S. currency, multiple credit cards, a Sam’s membership card, a U.S. immigration work permit and a Georgia driver’s license.

June 2

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 2965 Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated were a bag of suspected marijuana valued at $30 and a glass pipe valued at $10.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Silverleaf Circle (residence, home). Stolen were assorted drum set accessories and equipment valued at $1,300.

 

June 3

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from 101 Bishop Circle (hotel, motel). Confiscated was a blount-style cigarette with suspected marijuana valued at $15.

-Found property from an unknown street in Pelham (highway, street). Recovered was a brown leather wallet containing a Social Security card and a birth certificate.
