Shelby Humane Society is celebrating Adopt-A-Shelter-Cat Month all through June and they need everyone’s help to make it a big success!

Spread the word and join the excitement as SHS offers T.G.I.F. (Thank Goodness I’m a Feline) every day in June.

 

“Lucy” and “Pete” are just two of the many fantastic felines hoping to get their forever homes during this amazing event.

For approved adopters, SHS is waiving the fee to adopt adult cats (over 1 year old), like Lucy, and only $25 for kittens (under 12 months old), like Pete. And every Friday, Shelby Humane Society is taking TGIF one step further and staying open until 8 p.m. to help make more matches for these deserving pets. Also, for any Shelby County resident, June is the month to get your cats fixed! The cost for feline spay/neuter surgery will be waived all through June ($10 rabies vaccine fee and $5 flea treatment fee will still apply).

Shelby Humane Society will be hosting a vaccine clinic for cats and dogs at the shelter on Saturday, June 23, from 9-11 a.m. With your support Shelby Humane will be able to save more lives!
