The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from June 7-28:

 

June 7

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Windchase Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

 

June 8

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Old Stone Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

 

June 18

-Damage to property from Wilton Town Hall (commercial). Damaged was a fence.

 

June 19

-Criminal mischief III and criminal trespassing III from the 0 block of Mountain View Drive, Montevallo (residence/home). Damaged were multiple miscellaneous trees.

 

June 20

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 0 block of Thompson Lane, Shelby (residence/home).

-Identity theft and forgery II from the 200 block of Supercenter Drive, Calera (other/unknown). Recovered was an AT&T proof of loss statement.

 

June 21

-Identity theft from the 4800 block of Caldwell Mill Road (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damaged was backseat window in the amount of $200, black vinyl briefcase-style bag containing various papers in the amount of $100 and brown purse containing assorted credit cards.

-Domestic violence – assault III from Meadowgreen Road, Montevallo (residence/home, highway/street).

-Fraudulent use of debit/credit card from the 2000 block of Stone Brook Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was credit card valued at $60.

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 0 block of Kings Ranch Road, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from the 100 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was approximately 100 Lortab.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Shelby County 405, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were 12-gauge shotgun valued at $400, 83 Hydrocodone tablets and Alprazolam tablets.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was various horse tack including Tesk saddle pad, barrel race saddle, multiple head stalls, breast collars, bits, bridles, reigns, splint boots, bell boots, air ride saddle pad, horse blankets and buckets all valued at $1,500.

-Identity theft from the 4800 block of Caldwell Mill Road (residence/home).

 

June 22

-Criminal mischief III from the 3200 block of Buckhorn Cove, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damaged were driver’s side front fender and doors.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1000 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham (other/unknown).

-Domestic investigation from the 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 100 block of Shelby County 19, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4800 block of Keith Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Tom Tom GPS valued at $120.

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Vineyard Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary from the 7900 block of Shelby County 51, Westover (residence/home). Stolen were four paintbrushes, six hammers, pick, shovel, miscellaneous tools, two paint roller handles and four saws.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5000 block of Weatherford Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were black vinyl wallet valued at $20, miscellaneous credit cards, driver’s license and other cards valued at $20 and $60 in U.S. currency.

-Theft III from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (liquor store). Stolen was a 375 ml bottle of Crown Royal valued at $20.49.

-Harassment from the 1100 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Robbery III and domestic violence – reckless endangerment III from the 400 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was a 32-inch LG LCD television valued at $400.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Shelby County 204, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was a silver 8G iPod Touch valued at $200.

-Sexual abuse from the 100 block of Cedar Lane, Calera (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 6000 block of Shelby County 26, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were Savage arms, bolt action 20-gauge shotgun valued at $100, Sony Playstation 3, two controllers and two memory cards valued at $150 and framed 4-by-6-inch photographs valued at $30.

-Theft of property from the 7000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby (conv. store). Stolen was a black wallet valued at $20, $250 in U.S. currency, debit card valued at $10 and Alabama driver’s license.

-Burglary III from the 300 block of Shelby County 99, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was Hewlett Packard laptop valued at $1,000, Hewlett Packard laptop valued at $1,200, Compaq desktop computer valued at $600 and Xbox valued at $600.

-Miscellaneous information from the 6000 block of Shelby County 26, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Dogs roaming at large from the 100 block of Port Drive, Shelby (highway/street).

-Harassment from the 500 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby (residence/home).

 

June 23

-Torture or willful abuse of child under 18 from the 5200 block of Shelby County 55, Wilsonville (restaurant).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft II from the 300 block of Ozley Road, Saginaw (residence/home). Stolen was an Apple iPad valued at $800.

-Assault from the 1500 block of Clay Pit Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Burglary from the 6900 block of Alabama 119, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were two fishing rods valued at $40, Red Bull can drinks valued at $5 and Dr. Pepper can drinks valued at $2.

-Burglary from the 3500 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a short-term disability check for maternity leave of unknown value.

-Promoting prison contraband from Shelby County Jail (jail/prison). Recovered were several broken pills of Clonidine, Hydralazine and Asperine.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication from Double Oak Lane, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Recovered were five 10-mg pills of adderall.

-Torture or willful abuse of child under 18 from the 5200 block of Shelby County 55, Wilsonville (restaurant).

-Property damage from Highland Lakes and Shelby County 41, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Hit and run from Shelby County 36 and Shelby County 11, Chelsea (highway/street). Damaged was a 2001 Ford Taurus driver front and rear windows.

-Public intoxication from the 0 block of Dusty Way, Harpersville (parking lot/garage).

-Alabama Tax Payer and Citizen Protection Act from Shelby County 11 and Smith Road, Chelsea (highway/street).

 

June 24

-Civil dispute from unknown location (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief from the 6000 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Chelsea (residence/home). Damaged was phone line wiring harness.

-Miscellaneous information from U.S. 280, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle from the 5300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damaged was paint on bumper of 1998 Lexus ES300.

-Reckless endangerment from the 100 block of Gilmore Nick Circle, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic violence investigation from the 100 block of Shelby County 741, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Harassment from Mountain View Drive, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (other/unknown).

-Theft III from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (restaurant). Stolen was $250 in U.S. currency in money bag.

-Death investigation from the 3400 block of Indian Lake Drive, Pelham (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4700 block of U.S. 280 (service/gas station). Stolen was white iPhone 4S in a black Defender Otter box case valued at $520 and Motorolla Droid 2 valued at $200.

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 100 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Interference with domestic violence and domestic violence – harassment III form the 13000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver (residence/home).

-Domestic violence from the 400 block of Ozley Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – harassing communications III from the 100 block of Sugar Cane Lane, Maylene (residence/home).

-Transmitting obscene material to a child by computer from the 100 block of Shelby County 311 (residence/home).

-Theft of property form Abundant Grace Church, Chelsea (church). Stolen was an orange Ariens 42-inch hydro tractor valued at $1,200 and breaker to outside heat pump unit.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Long Walk Drive, Columbiana (storage facility).

-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby (residence/home). Damaged was a 2012 Jayco Eagle Superlite Camper valued at $4,500.

 

June 25

-Theft of property from the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (other/unknown). Stolen was AWG copper cable valued at $600.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 1900 block of Corporate Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damaged was the front passenger window of a 2008 Honda Accord. Stolen were black paten leather purse containing items and wallet, debit card, credit card and unknown card.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from Cahaba Valley Learning Center, Chelsea (school/college). Stolen was a purse valued at $10, iPhone valued at $200, Discover card, checkbook with blank checks and $10 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was an Acer laptop valued at $500, Acer laptop case valued at $25, relative physics book valued at $200, molecular physics book valued at $250, intermediate algebra book valued at $150, North Face raincoat valued at $80 and Clarks Wallabee shoes valued at $140.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in consumption of alcohol from Shelby County 51 and U.S. 280, Chelsea (highway/street). Recovered were grinder with marijuana residue, orange pill bottle with marijuana residue and multicolored glass pipe used to smoke marijuana.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from Shelby County 51 and U.S. 280 (highway/street).

-Fraudulent use of debit card from the 100 block of Waterford Highlands Trail, Calera (residence/home). Stolen were phone apps from bank account valued at $200.

-Public intoxication from Lilly Drive, Sterrett (highway/street).

-Theft of property III and criminal mischief II from the 300 block of Shelby County 338, Chelsea (residence/home). Damaged were Delta four-in-one convertible crib in the amount of $230, Pap Gayo child’s table and chair set in the amount of $165, queen-size box spring in the amount of $150, clothing in the amount of $60, Canon printer/fax machine in the amount of $98, 20-inch Sansui LCD flatscreen TV in the amount of $110 and makeup and beauty products in the amount of $50.

-Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act from the 1000 block of Berrington Circle, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Runaway from Montevallo High School (school/college).

-Fire investigation from the 2200 block of U.S. 31, Calera (residence/home). Damaged was a singlewide mobile home.

-Domestic violence from the 7000 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – harassing communications III from Berry Lane, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Lost property from the Shelby County landfill (other/unknown). Stolen was a Kel-tec pistol valued at $300.

-Burglary from the 6000 block of Shelby County 16, Montevallo (storage facility). Stolen were Schwinn 17-inch bicycle, two Schwinn 21-inch bicycles and Toro 21-inch 6.75 hp pushmower.

-Theft of property from the 5000 block of Somerset Way, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were 14-karat gold engagement ring valued at $3,500, 14-karat gold ring valued at $900 and 14-karat gold men’s wedding ring valued at $800.

 

June 26

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2400 block of Indian Crest Drive, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen were electronic cords valued at $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2400 block of Indian Crest Drive, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen were Garmin navigation system valued at $300, iPod valued at $300 and electric cords valued at $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 6000 block of Shelby County 16, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 7000 block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was $3,876 in U.S. currency.

-Illegal voting or attempt to vote from the 100 block of North Main Street, Columbiana (govt/public building).

-Domestic violence investigation from the 0 block of Southwood Drive, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Disorderly conduct from the 60 block of Grant Street, Wilton (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 2300 block of Woodland Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Shelby County 219, Motnevallo (highway/street). Recovered were 29 grams of marijuana and 1.4 grams of marijuana.

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 200 block of Berry Lane, Pelham (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the Shelby County Jail (jail/prison). Recovered were Marlboro cigarette box, latex gloves, plastic baggie containing three blue pills and two scraps of brown paper.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Cotton Trace, Maylene (residence/home). Stolen were emerald ring valued at $400, diamond ring valued at $300 and heart-shaped pendant valued at $80.

-Criminal mischief II and theft of property II from the 300 block of Wooten Road, Alabaster (residence/home). Damaged were mirror in the amount of $200, two chairs in the amount of $80, floor in the amount of $300, floor draws on kitchen island in the amount of $300 and two pictures in the amount of $150. Stolen were two watches valued at $200 and yellow-gold diamond ring valued at $600.

 

June 27

-Criminal mischief from the 3000 block of Sunny Meadows Court, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged were hood and front bumper of 2011 Nissan Murano.

-Harassment from the 2300 block of Woodland Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 3400 block of Shelby County 260, Montevallo )commercial). Stolen was unleaded gasoline.

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 3000 block of Shelby County 32, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III – harassing communications from the 6700 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III – harassment from Alabama 25 and Shelby County 61, Wilsonville (highway/street).

-Domestic violence III – harassment from Alabama 25 and Shelby County 61, Wilsonville (highway/street).

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 500 block of Hilldale Drive, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence – assault from the 3500 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 30000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were unknown quantities of 10 mg Methadone and 5 mg Methadone.

-Theft by deception from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen was $903 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property II from the 2000 block of Creswell Road, Harpersville (residence/home). Stolen was large metal antique wagon wheel valued at $700.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was a pink Vera Bradley wallet valued at $40, $6 in U.S. currency and iPhone 4 valued at $499.
