Anthony Henderson, age 49, of Maylene, passed away Monday, July 16, 2012. A visitation was held Friday, July 20, 2012 at 10 a.m. with a memorial service that followed at 11 a.m., both at Charter Funeral Home.

He is preceded in death by stepbrother, Jeffrey Adams. He is survived by his parents, Helen Scott Hornyak (Paul) and Robert Charles Henderson (Eva); brothers, Chuck Henderson (Karen), Mark Henderson (Debbie), Daryl Henderson (Tiffany), Hank Holmberg (Cheryl), Jason Henderson (William Bryars) and Jubal Henderson; stepbrother, Joel Hornyak (Kristi); stepsisters, Kelly Hall (Rocke), Monique Hornyak, Heather Strong, and Rebecca Adams (Carol Brown); and a host of nieces and nephews.
