Mildred A. Denty, age 71, of Harpersville, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012 at Bolton Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip Rush officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton Funeral Home, Columbiana.

Mrs. Denty is preceded in death by her parents, Harold Lynn & Thelma Lynn Fuqua, and brothers, Johnny & Buddy Fuqua. Mrs. Denty is survived by her husband of 56 years, Clyde “Bud” Denty; children, Steve Denty (Connie), Sherrie Hobgood (Frank), Regina Denty and Terri Denty; many grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Fuqua; and many other family and friends.
