The Kingwood Christian School volleyball team fell to Morgan Academy 25-22, 25-19, 14-25, 24-26, 15-9 in high school volleyball action Aug. 27.

Madelyn Pearce led the Lions with 13 kills. Pearce also contributed four service aces and three digs.

Sloane Pickett added eight kills, two service aces and one dig. Casey Whitmer posted seven kills, three service aces and two blocks.

Blair Holsombeck chipped in two kills and one service ace to go along with her team-high 10 assists. Katie Etheridge finished with five kills and one block.

Hannah Spinks contributed three digs and three service aces. Kendall Jonseof added two digs.
