The Shelby County High School volleyball team defeated Jemison 29-27, 10-25, 25-15, 26-24 in high school volleyball action Aug. 27.

Heather Childers led the Wildcats with 14 kills in the victory.

Jasmyn Buie contributed a team-high 10 service aces. Brittany Shuster chipped in a team-high 14 digs.

Alisha White posted a team-high 19 assists in the win. Tempest Cantrell added 16 assists.
