Willard Jay Frederick, age 47, of Columbiana, passed away Aug. 30, 2012. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sept. 2 at Bolton Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Horton officiating. Burial will follow in Williams Cemetery. Visitation is 12:30-2 p.m. at Bolton Funeral Home.
