Aug. 21

-Open door from the 2700 block of Highway 87 (commercial).

-Recovered stolen property from Highway 31 at County Road 26 (highway, street). Recovered was a white 1994 Ford Ranger valued at $5,000.

-Harassment from Interstate 65 between mile markers 238 and 234 (highway, street).

-Welfare check from the 100 block of Chestnut Drive (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 1300 block of Old Boston Road (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 1200 block of Seventh Avenue Southwest (residence, home). Stolen were a Remington .270 rifle with scope in a brown leather case valued at $550, a Hi-Point .380-caliber handgun valued at $250, a Dell laptop with charger valued at $600 and 12 checks from a Compass Bank account.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and identity theft from Lowes (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were 3.5 grams of marijuana and a $125 check.

-Theft of lost property from McDonald’s at 205 South Colonial Drive (restaurant). Stolen was $300 in U.S. currency.

-Possession of a forged instrument and identity theft from Lowes (parking lot, garage). Recovered were Regions checks and a driver’s license.

 

Aug. 22

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2002 black Honda Accord in the amount of $250.

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence, home).

-Information only from Park Village Circle (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of First Street North (government, public building). Stolen was an unknown amount of cash.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 68 and County Road 11 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were marijuana, a marijuana grinder and blunt cigars.

 

Aug. 23

-Receiving stolen property and possession of burglars tools from the 3500 block of Pelham parkway (supermarket). Recovered was a 1993 Chevrolet Trailblazer valued at $2,550, damaged were three vending machines in the amount of $600, stolen and recovered was $42.87 in U.S. currency and confiscated was a foldable slim jim.

-Damage to property from U.S. Highway 31 at County Road 26 (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2007 black Honda Civic.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen were four Dewalt rechargeable batteries valued at $75 each, a Shindaiwa blower valued at $426.60 and a Shindaiwa chainsaw valued at $426.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home). Stolen was $480 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were clothing and merchandise valued at $121 and $68.60 in funds for store credit.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 300 block of Stoney Trail (residence, home). Stolen were a fake ruby ring with a gold band valued at $100, a pinky ring with two ruby stones valued at $100, a sapphire gold ring valued at $3,000, an emerald gold ring valued at $1,000, a gold high school class ring, a half-inch men’s gold wedding band and a gold ring.

-Damage to property from the 1500 block of Seminole Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a U.S. Postal Service van in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were four large bags of dog food valued at $103.59.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Reese Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Reese Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was a marijuana cigarette valued at $1.

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Stolen were a beige purse valued at $100, a cow wallet valued at $50, $342 in U.S. currency, $60.51 in U.S. currency and $58 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Willow Point Circle (residence, home).

 

Aug. 24

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence assault from the 100 block of Jasmine Drive (residence, home).

-Violation of leash law and recovered animal from Belle Foods (parking lot, garage).

-Extortion from the 100 block of Hill Street (residence, home).

-Property damage from 151 Industrial Road (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a gas nozzle in the amount of $300.

-Information only from the 1200 block of Sixth Avenue Northwest (residence, home).

-Lost property from the 3000 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Reported was a Wells Fargo debit card, an Alabama driver’s license, $200 in U.S. currency and a Discover credit card.

-Information only from the 1400 block of Colonial Way (residence, home). Stolen was $150 in U.S. currency.

-Damage to property from Thompson Road (residence, home). Damaged were a Fierce Instinct tire in the amount of $125 and a rim in the amount of $100.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Thompson Road at Stadium Drive (school, college). Confiscated were a metal pipe, a homemade plastic pipe used to smoke marijuana and .37 grams of marijuana buds.

-Information from the 200 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).

-Animal complaint – information only from the 9200 block of Alabama 119 No. 1400 (parking lot, garage).

-Violation of leash law from the 700 block of Barkley Circle (residence, home).

Aug. 25

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Kent Dairy Road at The Spot (highway, street). Confiscated were 2.35 grams of Lortab, .93 grams of marijuana and a metal pipe used to smoke marijuana.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 200 block of Park Forest Terrace (residence, home). Stolen were a Smith and Wesson M&P 40 valued at $500 and $25 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic dispute from the area of Kent Dairy Road (highway, street).

 

Aug. 26

-Possession of a forged instrument from the 1200 block of First Street North (bank). Forged was a check in the amount of $5,000.

-Damage to property from the 300 block of Vincent Street (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 Kia Ronda LX in the amount of $1,500.

-Domestic incident from the 700 block of Fourth Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Information from Waffle House (restaurant). Recovered was a bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Harassing communication from the 200 block of Shelby Farms Bend (residence, home).

Aug. 21

-Found property from Highway 87 (highway/street). Recovered was a box of medicine.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. 31 (highway/street). Damaged were glass pipe, small, plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine and black notebook containing illegal substance prices.

-Harassment – family and criminal mischief from Shelby County 151 (residence/home). Damaged was a Verizon Pantech cell phone valued at $125.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Oak Mountain State Park (field, woods). Confiscated were marijuana cigarettes weighing approximately 14 grams valued at $55, a plastic bag containing approximately 1 gram of psilocybin mushrooms valued at $10, white capsules identified as vyvanse valued at $20 and pink pills identified as morphine sulphate valued at $100.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from Wittichen Supply Company at 2201 Pelham Parkway Suite C (commercial). Stolen was $55 in U.S. currency.

-Robbery from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home). Stolen was $1,000 in U.S. currency and a Boost Mobile Samsung cellular phone valued at $199.

-Robbery from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home). Stolen was $500 in U.S. currency.

-Public intoxication and disorderly conduct from the Oak Mountain Amphitheater (other, unknown).

-Assault second degree and disorderly conduct from the pedestrian bridge at the Oak Mountain Amphitheater (other, unknown).

-Public intoxication and criminal trespass from 100 Amphitheater Road (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from the rear parking lot of the Holiday Inn (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were a multicolored glass pipe containing suspected marijuana residue valued at $10 and a prescription pill bottle containing a substance believed to be marijuana valued at $20.

Confiscated were a methadone tablet valued at $25, a suboxone tablet valued at $10, a suboxine strip valued at $10, a syringe containing an unknown substance, a small plastic bag containing an unknown white residue and multicolored glass pipes used for smoking marijuana valued at $20.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 1000 Amphitheater Road (parking lot, garage). Recovered were a bag of suspected marijuana valued at $30, a multi-colored glass pipe valued at $10 and a bag of suspected mushrooms valued at $50.

Confiscated were a round yellow tablet believed to be clonzepam valued at $5, a plastic bag containing suspected marijuana residue weighing approximately 6 grams valued at $20 and a purple and gold pipe with burnt residue used to consume marijuana valued at $5.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the parking lot of the Oak Mountain Amphitheater (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was a plastic bag containing suspected psilocybin mushroom valued at $20.
