The Thompson volleyball team picked up their second straight Class 6A, Area 7 win Sept. 12 in a 25-6, 25-7, 25-14 handling of Wetumpka on the road.

Kelsea Bivens and Milea Ray each scored six kills to lead Thompson (12-7, 2-0) with Ashley Fondren leading with 16 assists. August Newberry had seven aces in the win.
