-Theft of property I from the 800 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a black mink coat worth $1500 and two Pomeranians, one black and tan, the other cream color, worth $1600.

-Theft of property I from the 2000 block of Eaglepoint Corporate Drive, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was $3400 of assorted U.S. currency.

-Unlawful breaking/entering a vehicle from the 1000 block of Newhaven Court, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a black iPhone 5 worth $600.

-Unlawful breaking/entering a vehicle from the 1000 block of Newhaven Court, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Dell XPS L502X silver laptop in a hot pink case worth $1300.

-Unlawful breaking/entering a vehicle from the 4500 block of Magnolia Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Remington .45 pistol with U.S. Army stamp and black holster worth $1100.

-Unlawful breaking/entering a vehicle from the 4500 block of Magnolia Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Mississippi car title for a Mitsubishi Eclipse worth $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2000 block of Little Ridge Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was $20 U.S. currency in a small change purse.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4500 block of Old Tavern Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Shell creditcard and $85 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the Southcrest Baptist Church, 4317South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer (church). Stolen was a Craftsmen 42 inch mower lawn tractor worth $500, a Craftsmen 700 series power-propelled 22 inch law mower worth $150 and a broken chainlink fence gate worth an unknown amount.

-Minor in consumption/possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana II from the parking lot of Heatherbrooke Apartments (parking lot/garage).
