-Theft of property from the 100 block of Lake Lane (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Stihl backpack blower valued at $468.65.

-Illegal possession of prescription drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana from Seventh Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana valued at $10 and clonzepam pills valued at $20.

-Possession of marijuana from Thompson stadium (school, college). Confiscated was a small plastic bag containing a green plantlike material believed to be marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the Walmart parking lot (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were crack cocaine and used syringes.

-Assault from Dilcey Daniel at Simmsville Road (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 600 block of North Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were a black coach purse valued at $350, a Coach wallet and checkbook holder valued at $150, a Regions Visa, a Regions check card, a Chase Visa card, a Perisian card, an iPhone 4 valued at $400, $20 in U.S. currency, a compact valued at $80 and seven Miranda Lambert tickets valued at $210.

-Theft of property from the Thompson High School football field (school, college). Stolen was a Kavu wallet valued at $15, a driver’s license valued at $20, an American Express credit card valued at $106 and a blue duffle bag valued at $20.

Oct. 6

-Carrying a pistol without a permit from First Street Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated was a silver AMT Arms .380-caliber pistol.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and attempting to elude from the 1100 block of U.S. 31 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was marijuana and recovered was marijuana.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Berkshire Manor Circle (residence, home). Stolen were an HP laptop valued at $700 and a Sirius XM radio receiver valued at $50.

-Harassment from the Whitestone shopping center (parking lot, garage).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Berkshire Manor Circle (residence, home). Stolen was $10 in U.S. currency.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from the 200 block of Sweetbay Drive (residence, home). Stolen was $150 in merchandise.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was children’s clothing valued at $1,500.

-Criminal mischief and assault from Highway 119 at First Street Southwest (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Bentmoor Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a Marriott Rewards card, a Regions Visa card and $20 in U.S. currency.

Stolen and recovered were a folding knife valued at $1.76, AA batteries valued at $39.32, a AA battery four-pack valued at $20.91, a chrome padlock valued at $9.97, padlocks valued at $52.94 and Adderall pills.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was methamphetamine, a methamphetamine pipe and plastic straws.

-Abandoned vehicle from County Road 11 at Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and forgery from address unlisted (other, unknown). Stolen was a Wells Fargo check valued at $575 and six Wells Fargo checks.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication from Lee Street at the north railroad tracks (highway, street). Recovered were a multi-colored glass pipe with suspected marijuana valued at $20 and a plastic prescription bottle with suspected marijuana residue.
