-M.V.A. hit and run from Highway 119 and Little Ridge Drive, Birmingham (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $2,000 were done to a rear bumper of a white 4-wheel drive 2009 Hyundai Sonata GLS.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Queen Drive, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Minor in possession/consumption and possession of drug paraphernalia from the parking lot of 3900 building, Colonial Village Apartments (parking lot/garage).

-Property damage from the 11000 block of County Highway 47, Chelsea (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $1500 were done to a 4 foot 8 inch lighted marquee sign.

-Fire – travel trailer from the 100 block of Heritage Lane, Columbiana (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $10,000 were done to a 2001 KZ 3204 PSS travel trailer.

-Theft of property III from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (dept store). Stolen were a gallon of Prestone antifreeze valued at $5.47, a two-pack of Sylvania orange blinker bulbs valued at $12.24 and four two-packs of Autolite 5224 sparkplugs valued at $11.88.

-Criminal mischief III from the 3300 block of Afton Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 2400 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen were a Stehl backpack blower valued at $500 and a Stehl FS100 RX weedeater valued at $350.

-Burglary III from the 100 block of August Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Identity theft from unknown location (other/unknown).

-Theft of property II from the 4600 block of Highway 37, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was a Dewalt Hi-efficiency standup compressor valued at $450, a Dewalt radio valued at $100 and a 6 foot fiberglass ladder valued at $60.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1500 block of Highway 70, Columbiana (service/gas station).

-Domestic violence III – harassment from Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

Recovered were 11 blue Klonopin pills valued at $20, 12 cans of Bud Light valued at $10, two backpacks valued at $20, two cell phones valued at $300, two iPod touches valued at $100, two sets of Audiovox headphones valued at $50 and a green jacket valued at $10.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2200 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $700 were done to a 2007 silver Jeep Wrangler.

-Theft of property II from the 100 block of Mulberry Street, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was a steel frame of a mobile home valued at $700.

Stolen were a gold necklace with emeralds and small diamonds valued at $2,000, a Boucheron 18 karat bracelet valued at $5,000, a 14 karat gold cluster nugget ring with three medium size diamonds valued at $4,000 and a pearl necklace valued at $800.

-Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 1200 block of Eagle Park Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was $568.60 on a credit card.

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 2500 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from Shelby Forest Trail, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a white Apple iPhone of unknown value and a polka dot Auburn Otterbox case valued at $50.

-Identity theft from Little Creek Circle, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were two $1,000 gift cards for Saks Fifth Avenue, a pair of men’s boots valued at $94 and two women’s belts valued at $50.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 300 block of Primrose Lane, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were six transactions on a Union State Bank debit card in the amount of $1200 and fees in the amount of $20.
