Horace Lee Weldon, age 86, of Tarrant, passed away on Nov. 8, 2012. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Nov. 11 at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Horton officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Creek Cemetery with a Masonic Service. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. He is retired from Goslin Birmingham of 47 years. He was a member of Zamora Shrine and a dual member to Dolcito Lodge 596 and Mount Pinson Lodge 495 for 65 years.

Mr. Weldon is survived by his wife of 63 years, Betty Ann Weldon; daughter, Patricia Ann Weldon; son, Steve Weldon (Denise); grandchildren, Josh Weldon (Lindsay), Whitney Mosley (Beau), Tyler Weldon (Dori Dobbs), Taylor Cauthen (Patrick) and Sydney Weldon (Tyler Wilbanks); great-grandchildren, Fearing T. Mosley, Finley T. Mosley and Wyatt T. Weldon; sisters, Wilma Edwards and Margaret Horton (Billy); and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
