-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana from Sixth Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated was a broken class marijuana pipe and .79 grams of marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 201 First St. N. (government, public building). Confiscated was an improvised marijuana smoking device.

-Minor in consumption from Highway 31 at Sixth Avenue Southeast (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Vincent Street (residence, home). Stolen was a GE microwave valued at $400.

-Domestic incident from the 700 block of First Street South (convenience store).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and carrying a pistol without a permit from the 100 block of Market Center Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was cocaine and a 9-millimeter handgun.

-Burglary and violation of protection order from the 100 block of Yachtsman Street (residence, home). Damaged was a door in the amount of $350, a bedroom door in the amount of $200 and a foyer wall in the amount of $500.

-Damage to property from the 200 block of Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $450.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 31 at Old Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated were an unknown pill, oxycodone, adderall, oxycontin and Viagra.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were seven items of fashion jewelry and iPad cases in the amount of $93.60.

-Information only – theft of property and information only – criminal mischief from the 100 block of Big Oak Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Tasco game camera valued at $80 and damaged was a locking cable in the amount of $50 and two windows in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property from the 1200 block of U.S. Highway 31 (restaurant). Stolen was $560 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of services from the 1300 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Stolen was power steering service valued at $239.98.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the Shell station at 1091 First Street North.

-Information only from the 1900 block of Tahiti Lane (residence, home). Forged was a transaction from a Telco bank account in the amount of $67.50.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Fourth Place Southeast (highway, street). Recovered were a plastic bag containing a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine and a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Domestic dispute and criminal mischief from the 1100 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a BMW 325i in the amount of $50.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 600 block of Treymoor Lake Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a Westinghouse plasma flatscreen TV valued at $600, a Dell Inspiron laptop valued at $1,100 and an HP digital camera valued at $600.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated were an M&M Minis container with marijuana reside and a metal socket with marijuana residue.

-Lost property from the 400 block of Knightsbridge (residence, home). Reported was a 1911 handgun.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (restaurant). Stolen was $40 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1100 block of First Street South (hotel, motel). Confiscated was a pinch hitter marijuana pipe.
