The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Oct. 25-Nov. 9:

 

Oct. 25

-Property damage from the 2200 block of Masson Road, Alabaster (highway/street).

 

Oct. 31

-Theft of property I from the 17000 block of Cord 61, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was a 2012 utility trailer wood deck valued at $1528.30.

 

Nov. 1

-Improper lane usage and driving under the influence at U.S. 31, Calera (highway/street).

-Menacing from the 1000 block of Highway 221, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 7000 block of Highway 10, Montevallo (residence/home).

 

Nov. 2

-Property damage from the 4000 block of Highway 71, Shelby (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a 1998 Buick Park Avenue passenger window.

-Property damage from the 16000 block of Highway 42, Shelby (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $1,000 were done to a Ford F250 tailgate.

-Harassing communications from the 4000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Harassment from the 100 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville (highway/street).

-Burglary III from the 6000 block of Old Highway, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen/recovered were three black wrought iron chairs valued at $300, a long wooden table valued at $100 and an antique purple chair valued at $80.

-Domestic investigation from the area of 1000 King Way, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous from U.S. 280 and CR-41, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Possession of marijuana I from Egg and Butter Road near Winter Drive, Columbiana (highway/street). Recovered were eleven bags containing 23.5 grams of marijuana.

-Illegal possession and use of a credit/debit card from the 1000 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a $196.98 debit card transaction.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from U.S. 280 West at Eagle Point Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Theft of property II from the 500 block of Highway 31 South, Saginaw (commercial). Stolen was a flat screen television valued at $1,100.

-Attempt to commit controlled substance crime from the 7000 block of Champion Drive, Birmingham (drug store).

-identity theft in the area of Hollow Tree Trail, Harpersville (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 2400 block of CR-33, Pelham (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Cambrian Way (residence/home).

-Death investigation from Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the 7000 block of Champion Drive, Birmingham (drug store).

 

Nov. 3

-Disorderly conduct from the 100 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville (highway/street).

-Criminal mischief III from Highway 410 at Taylor Farm Road, Wilsonville (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $200 were done to a yellow railroad crossing sign with metal pole.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Johnson Street, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 5000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were $50 worth of water out of an outside faucet and $30 worth of fire kindling.

-Harassment from the 5000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Wooten Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 6800 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was $40 in U.S. currency.

-Driving under the influence from Highway 119 at Cahaba Oak Trail, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Harassing communications from the 7100 block of Kenley Way (residence/home).

-Civil dispute from the 1400 block of Rock School Road, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Shady Oaks Circle, Vandiver (residence/home).

-Harassment and criminal trespass III from the 3500 block of Westover Road, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Suicide from the 2900 block of Highway 311, Shelby (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 2000 block of CR-9, Wilsonville (church). Damages in the amount of $400 were done to two window panes.

-Domestic violence III – assault from U.S. 280 West at Highway 76, Harpersville (highway/street).

-Burglary III and criminal mischief III from the barn on Chancellors Ferry Road, Harpersville (other/unknown).

-Theft of property I from the 1100 block of Sumner Drive, Columbiana (other/unknown). Stolen were a red Honda “Big Red” three-wheeler valued at $1,400 and a green Honda “Recon” four-wheeler valued at $2,600.

-Burglary III from the 400 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were $960 in U.S. currency, 12 assorted Xbox 360 video games and damages were done to an interior bedroom door frame.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Canter Way, Alabaster (residence/home).

 

Nov. 4

-Property damage from the 3700 block of Highway 30, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damages in the amounts of $200 were done to a black GE dishwasher, $500 to a single-wide mobile home, $200 to mobile home carpeting, $200 to molding and wall paneling, $200 to kitchen and bathroom sinks and $200 to mobile home structural damage (odor).

-Harassment from the 100 block of Christy Drive, Shelby (highway/street).

-Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 East and Cedar Lane, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Brookhighland Parkway at U.S. 280 West, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Theft of property III from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were a bag of Ole Roy High Performance Dog Food valued at $23.88, a starter compression shirt valued at $14.73, Hanes thermal bottoms valued at $6.47, Dickies pants valued at $23.50, a blue flannel shirt valued at $9.47 and Fruit of the Loom work socks valued at $8.77.

-Domestic investigation from the 2100 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Allowing dogs to roam at large from the 3500 block of Cheshire Drive (highway/street).

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the Sonic at 64 Chelsea Point Drive, Chelsea (other/unknown). Stolen was a $1,102.49 credit card transaction.

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 0 block of Dusty Way, Harpersville (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 100 block of Cherokee Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Theft of property II and fraudulent use of a credit card from the 5200 block of Highway 11, Pelham (other/unknown). Stolen was a $5,000 bank card transaction.

-Theft of property II from the 11000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (field/woods). Stolen were a green two-man 12-14 foot ladder stand valued at $110, a green deer feeder valued at $55 and a green Old Man climber with a rubber cable valued at $340.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from the 400 block of Yorkshire Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 2600 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 2600 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Computer tampering from the 100 block of Christa Circle, Shelby (residence/home).

-Duty to give information from U.S. 280 at Brookhighland Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Domestic investigation from Magnolia Lane, Pell City (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (dept store). Stolen was a black Faded Glory cardigan valued at $15.94.

-Criminal mischief III from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school/college).

-Allowing dogs to roam at large and property damage from the 100 block of Johnson Street, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $40 were done to two adult chickens.

-Criminal trespass III from the 800 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster (field/woods).

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were black Route 66 Frankee shearling suede boots valued at $14.99.

-Theft of property III from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen were 12 rolled bales of pine straw valued at $124.50.

-Property damage from the 2800 block of Buckhorn Cove, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 15000 block of Highway 42, Shelby (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from Morris Estate Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 400 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was a Jennings 9 mm automatic nickel plated handgun valued at $250.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property II from Hickory Road Lane, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (storage facility).

-Theft of property I from the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (storage facility).

-Theft of property I from the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (storage facility). Stolen were a black Big Tex 16 foot utility trailer with two metal boxes valued at $15,000 and miscellaneous power and hand tools in metal boxes valued at $1,200.

-Criminal trespass I from the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (storage facility). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a 30 foot section of chain link fence.

-Burglary III and theft of property I from the 1000 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a large decorative jewelry box valued at $100, a pair of 2 carat diamond earrings valued at $2,000, a Rolex watch valued at $3,500, an antique bracelet valued at $1300, three diamond/sapphire rings valued at $3,500 and two David Yurman rings valued at $2000.

-Unlawful breaking/entering vehicle and theft of property II from Omega Auto Sales, 16161 U.S. 280, Chelsea (commercial). Stolen were a BMW factory radio from SIL 2000 BMW 323 CI valued at $400 and a Pioneer radio from a black 2001 BMW 3251 valued at $400.

-Theft of property II and criminal mischief III from U.S. 280, Sterrett (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a 16 foot flatbed all steel trailer (car hauler) valued at $3,500 and damages in the amount of $50 were done to a Kubota tractor 200S-3800.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (supermarket).

-Violation of a court order from the 5500 block of Surry Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 600 block of Highway 52, Helena (residence/home). Stolen was a men’s black leather jacket valued at $400, various women’s clothes of unknown value, a men’s silver wedding band valued at $50, a men’s nickel necklace and cross valued at $100, women’s various jewelry items of unknown value, a 52 inch Toshiba flat screen television valued at $3,000 and a black DVD player of unknown value.

-Domestic violence III from the 200 block of County Highway 440, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III – harassing communications and violation of a domestic violence order from the 1100 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

 

Nov. 6

-Property damage from the 52000 block of Highway 25, Sterrett (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $200 were done to the paint on front and rear passenger doors, in the amount of $200 were done to a passenger door mirror and $200 were done to a hood and front quarter panel.

-Structure fire at the 100 block of Hunter Hills Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Harassment from the 2900 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school/college).

-Harassment from the 100 block of Valleydale Court, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Cherokee Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 6000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Barnsley Street, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were two 20 inch black with red or yellow and 20 inch pink and silver bicycles valued at $160.

-Theft of property I from the 9000 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were a natural gas generator valued at $5,000 and an air conditioner unit valued at $3,000.

-Theft of property II from the 4000 block of Heather Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a yellow gold 14 carat 18 inch rope chain of 22.5 grams valued at $1,500, a yellow gold 14 carat locket valued at $500 and a yellow gold filigree earring holder valued at $200.

-Hospice death from the 600 block of Cord 446 Columbiana (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III – assault from the 5100 block of Willow Way (residence/home).

 

Nov. 7

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 25 at CR-306 Calera (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous information – discharge of firearm from the 0 block of Monte Tierra Trail, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 3600 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from the 200 block of Highway 260, Maylene (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $60 were done to two mailboxes, $40 were done to a Birmingham News paper box, $35were done to a wooden mailbox post and damages of an unknown amount were done to a metal mailbox post.

-Criminal mischief II from the 1300 block of Brookhighland Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from U.S. 280 West near Bear Creek Road (highway/street).

-Criminal mischief III from the 2900 block of CR-39, Chelsea (other/unknown). Damages in the amount of $150 were done to an electrical light pole.

-Assault III from the 400 block of Oak Tree Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were a white gold engagement ring of channel-set diamonds and a princess-cut solitaire diamond valued at $1,500 and a white gold wedding band of channel-set diamonds valued at $1,000.

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (hotel/motel).

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 200 block of Autumn Ridge Drive, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 12000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were a speaker box frame valued at $50, a green and white auger valued at $50 and an orange and red chainsaw valued at $50.

-Identity theft from the 1000 block of Edgewater Lane, Chelsea (other/unknown).

-Burglary III and criminal mischief I from the 5300 block of CR-39, Chelsea (other/unknown). Damages in the amount of $2,700 were done due to multiple graffiti spray paints and stencils through the property, inside and out.

-Burglary III and criminal mischief II from the 5300 block of Wayhigh Lane, Birmingham (construction). Damages in the amount of $1,000 were done via graffiti damage inside offices on the property and on various structures and equipment throughout the property.

-Domestic violence III – assault from the 5000 block of Willow Way, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from the 100 block of Meadow Green Lane, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were jewelry 9 mm valued at $600, a gold large link 20 inch gold necklace valued at $300, a gold large link bracelet valued at $150, a diamond ring valued at $300 and a half-carat five-diamond nugget ring valued at $800.
