The Coosa Valley Academy Rebels picked up two wins to claim the SMCA Tip-off Tournament title Nov. 19.

The Rebels defeated Chambers Academy 51-28 in their first game. Austin Braur led Coosa Valley with 15 points while Ryan Carroll added 14 points.

Coosa Valley then topped SMCA 49-29 for the tournament championship.

Allen Logan and Alex Nelson each scored 10 points to lead the Rebels.

Braur was named tournament most valuable player and Carroll was named to the all-tournament team.
