-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from Kensington Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a Dell 6420 and a Dell 620 valued at $2,500 and a Taurus backpack.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered was a Christmas tree valued at $106.82.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of 13th Place Southwest (residence, home). Stolen was an Alabama Telco Credit Union card and Direct TV charges totaling $1,900.

-Missing person from the 1400 block of Heather Lane (residence, home).

-Driving under the influence and unlawful possession of certain chemical compound from U.S. 31 North at Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated was synthetic marijuana.

-Giving a false name to police from Tanglewood Circle (highway, street).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 1100 block of Eagle Circle (residence, home).

-Minor in consumption and domestic dispute from Park Village Circle (residence, home).

-Harassment and trespass warning from the 1000 block of First Street South (service, gas station).

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Stolen was a 2007 silver Nissan Maxima valued at $7,500.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was a baby stroller valued at $300.

-Harassing communications from the 1300 block of Seventh Avenue Southwest (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Samsung slide-touch screen cell phone valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of First Avenue west (commercial). Stolen were a side mirror valued at $400 and plastic side rails valued at $500.

-Harassment from the 600 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Domestic dispute from the 1200 block of Tribe Trail (residence, home).

-Open door from Airview Lane Suite 700 (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 at South Colonial Promenade (highway, street). Recovered was a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Theft of property from an unknown address (other, unknown). Stolen was a black purse with contents valued at $10.

-Disorderly conduct from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store).

-Information from the 200 block of Queen’s Gate (residence, home).

-Assault from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college).

-Death investigation from the 900 block of Independence Drive (residence, home).

-Violation of leash law from the 100 block of Forest Parkway (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 1400 block of King James Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette in the amount of $200.

-Theft of property from 150 Industrial Road (other, unknown). Stolen were a Coach billfold valued at $200, a wedding band with diamonds valued at $2,000, an engagement ring valued at $5,000, an Alabama driver’s license, three Regions debit cards, a Rewards Mastercard and a Capital One Mastercard.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 11th Avenue and 12th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Recovered was a white powdery substance believed to be crack cocaine, tizanidine hydrochloride and gabapentin.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Barkley Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a blue sapphire tennis bracelet valued at $300, a sapphire filigree ring valued at $500, an emerald bracelet valued at $175, a platinum wedding ring valued at $800, a yellow gold emerald ring valued at $125, opal rings valued at $550 and sapphire earrings valued at $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from address unlisted (residence, home). Stolen were a Regions Visa debit card, an ECO Credit Union card and a Taurus .38-special revolver pistol valued at $250.

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 200 block of Brenda Drive (residence, home).

 

Nov. 8

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from County Road 270 at County Road 260 (highway, street). Confiscated were .35 grams of suboxone.

-Found property from U.S. 31 at Industrial Road (highway, street). Recovered were a Chase Visa debit card, a Social Security card, a CPR identification card, a Walmart and Sam’s Club Mastercard, a library card and a Ghengis Grill gift card.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were three dec pillows valued at $11.88 each, a 600 TC sheet valued at $74.88 and a WF king set valued at $64.88.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Water Elm Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a 2007 Toyota Tundra in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen was a black iPhone 4S valued at $550.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire.

-Failure to appear from the 10000 block of Alabama 25 (residence/home).

-Burglary and theft of property I from the 900 block of Tenth Street (residence/home). Stolen were $2,000 of U.S. currency, two Samsung Galaxy tablets valued at $600, Samsung digital cameral valued at $180, Jennings .380 caliber pistol valued at $160 and .22 caliber pistol valued at $200.

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 8100 block of U.S. 31 (other/unknown). Stolen were Veriozon wireless home phone connect valued at $150, HP computer valued at $400 and $15 in change. Damaged was a camera mount in the amount of $50.

-Harassing communications from the 150 block of Albright Farms Road, Montevallo (other/unknown).

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 130 block of Bonnieville Drive (residence/home). Stolen was a black and green Springfield pistol valued at $450.

-Agency assist from the 600 block of Camden Cove Land (residence/home).

-Harassment and reckless endangerment from 22nd Avenue (highway/street).

-Burglary III and theft of property I from the 3400 block of Shelby County 16 (residence/home). Stolen were five metal lathes valued at $75,000, two steel toolboxes with tools valued at $4,000, two industrial paint sprayers valued at $1,200, yellow bush hog valued at $2,000, box blade for tractor valued at $2,000, two industrial air compressors valued at $16,000 and V-Hull boat valued at $2,000.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia form U.S. 31 and Camden Cove Parkway (highway/street). Recovered were baggy containing a spoon, syringe and rubber tourniquet.

-Disorderly conduct – disturbing peace from the 950 block of Tenth Street (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from the 5000 block of Spring Creek Road (highway/street).

-Failure to appear from the 10000 block of Alabama 25 (highway/street).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Beacon Drive (residence/home). Stolen was a black 14-foot trailer with two yellow straps.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of McDow Road (highway/street). Recovered were 10 count syringes valued at $5.

-Death investigation from the 70 block of Alabama 70 (parking lot/garage, residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from the 500 block of Old Highway 25 East (residence/home). Damaged were a back door and window in the amount of $100.

 

Nov. 15

Recovered was a yellowish plastic bag containing a crystalized substance valued at $5, a clear plastic bag containing blue powder valued at $5, a clear plastic bag containing residue valued at $1, a yellow pills valued at $5, assorted pills valued at $5 and cut drinking straws valued at $1.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from Old Cahaba Parkway (residence, home). Stolen were charges to an Alabama Telco Credit Union Visa check card totaling $580.

-Identity theft from the 4800 block of County Road 52 West (other, unknown). Forged was an Alabama Telco Credit Union transaction in the amount of $35.50.

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 500 block of Shelby County 19 (residence/home). Stolen were White’s metal detector valued at $700 and seven game camera memory cards valued at $70. Damaged were window and screen in the amount of $200, game camera in the amount of $150 and seven padlocks in the amount of $35.

-Violation of municipal ordinance – nuisance and failure to immunize cats for rabies from the 700 block of Cahaba Manor Trail (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from 232 Commerce Parkway (commercial). Damaged was a 2003 Isuzu diesel commercial truck in the amount of $1,000.

-Forgery from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Forged was a Wells Fargo check in the amount of $352.

-Miscellaneous information – animal bite from the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street).

-Unexplained lost property from the Plaza Pines Mobile Home Park (residence, home). Reported were prilosec tablets and zantac tablets.

-Criminal mischief from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Damaged were packaging for white ear buds in the amount of $5 and recovered was a clear plastic Halloween cup valued at $3.

-Miscellaneous information from Pelham Parkway at Home Depot (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Hidden Creek Parkway (residence, home).

-Property damage from the Goodyear at 3149 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2011 Nissan Altima.

-Domestic violence from Weatherly Way (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from address unlisted (residence, home). Stolen were four large plastic crates and five boxes full of various clothing items valued at $5,484.

 

Nov. 8

-Property damage from 3560 Pelham Parkway (convenience store). Damaged was a gas hose in the amount of $85.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Windstone Parkway (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds from the parking lot of Whataburger on Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were bags of MG Next Generation herbal potpourri, an opened bag of MG Next Generation Herbal Potpourri and a rolling paper, a small manilla envelope with suspected potpourri and an opened pack of 1.0 rolling papers.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from 1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Confiscated were hydrocodone pills valued at $100, hydrocodone pills valued at $40, hydrocodone pills valued at $15, clonazepam pills valued at $125, clonazepam pills valued at $150, Tylenol 3 valued at $25 and oxycodone valued at $25. –

-Found property from the 1200 block of Martin Street (other, unknown). Confiscated was suspected marijuana valued at $10 and a green and blue glass pipe valued at $15.

-Public intoxication from 2500 Panther Circle (school, college).

 

Nov. 11

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Victory Trail (parking lot, garage). Stolen were America’s First Federal Credit Union checks and a Compass debit card.

-Theft of property from the Publix at 1944 Montgomery Highway South (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were energy shots valued at $1 and a premium steak valued at $28.

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were Reese Mini valued at $11, 24 count rolls valued at $4, spaghetti valued at $1, red grapes valued at $5, honey BBQ valued at $2, pepperoni valued at $2 and a throw valued at $17.

-Miscellaneous information from 580 Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant).

-Property damage from the 100 block of Stratford Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a glass window in the amount of $400.

 

Nov. 12

-Theft of property from 111 Clark Street (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 2005 Hawke utiltiy dump trailer valued at $7,000.

-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 2965 Pelham Parkway (restaurant). Confiscated was a small jewelry bag with methamphetaime residue valued at $1.

-Theft of property from the C Building at Little Mountain Apartments (residence, home). Stolen were a white gold wedding band valued at $299, a gold solitaire ring valued at $1,700 and limbrotol pills.

-Theft of property from the C Building of Little Mountain Apartments (residence, home). Stolen were metholcarbamol pills, risperidone pills, divalprosxsoddr pills, sertralineechi pills, oxycarbazpine pills, lamotrigine pills and lyrica pills.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from Pelham Parkway at Valleydale Road (highway, street). Recovered were a baggie containing a white substance believed to be cocaine valued at $20, a loaded syringe containing a clear and white substance valued at $20, a used syringe, a marijuana pipe, a wooden container and a spoon.

-Property damage from the 320 block of Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a block wall in the amount of $3,500.

-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were Cadillac CTX keys and fob valued at $250, $200 in U.S. currency, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $20 and a wallet valued at $15.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from 1366 First Street North (highway, street). Confiscated was a clear plastic baggie containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $25.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street).
