KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The University of Montevallo men’s basketball team remained No. 21 in the latest National Association of Basketball Coaches NCAA Division II poll, which was released Nov. 27.

The Falcons have been ranked in each of the three NABC polls this season. Montevallo debuted at No. 11 in the preseason poll before dropping to No. 21 in the first regular-season poll following its lone setback of the season in a 69-65 loss on the road at Anderson University.

Montevallo defeated Tennessee Wesleyan College 92-79 in its most recent outing Nov. 20 to improve to 2-1 overall. The Falcons are the only Peach Belt Conference school ranked in the top 25. Conference foe USC Aiken is listed in the receiving votes category.

West Liberty (West Va.) is ranked No. 1 again in the NABC poll this week after receiving 13 first-place votes.

The Falcons return to action tonight against Tuskegee University at 7:30 p.m. at BankTrust Arena. General admission tickets are available in the McChesney Student Activity Center lobby for $5 each.
