Eagles’ fourth-quarter rally falls short

TALLADEGA-The Hope Christian Eagles (0-2) lost a heartbreaker to Hope Academy Presbyterian Eagles 56-55 at Hope Academy on Nov. 27.

Hope Christian entered the fourth quarter trailing 44-33, but they rallied by outscoring Hope Academy 22-12 in the final period. Unfortunately for Hope Christian, the Eagles fell a point short from completing the comeback.

Micah Mojica led the Eagles with 13 points, three assists and five rebounds. Immanuel Drew added eleven points, nine rebounds, three steals and an assist while Cameron Costa chipped in ten points, six steals, three rebounds and an assist.

The Eagles made 21-of-72 shots, while shooting 7-of-30 from behind the arc.
