-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from Hilltop Road and 10th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated was a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Theft of property from South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen were 37 GPS systems valued at $6,649.62 and a Canon camera.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Recovered were women’s pants valued at $40.

-Barking dog from the 100 block of Falling Waters Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Weatherly Club Drive (highway, street). Confiscated were xanax pills and 6 grams of marijuana.

-Carrying a pistol without a permit from U.S. 31 at the South Colonial Promenade entrance (highway, street). Confiscated was a Glock .40-caliber pistol.

-Carrying a pistol without a permit from the 700 block of Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was a Ruger Blackhawk handgun.

-Noise complaint from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from Old Boston Road (residence, home). Damaged was a 2007 Ford Freestyle SE

 

Nov. 11

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from First Street Southwest at Sixth Avenue Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated were 2.02 grams of marijuana, a glass smoking pipe and metal screens for smoking pipe.

-Harassing communications from the 1100 block of First Street South (restaurant).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of First Street North (jail, prison). Confiscated were hydrocodone and klonopin.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 17 at Chinaberry Lane (highway, street). Confiscated was a metal smoking pipe.

-Criminal mischief and shooting firearms or air rifles from the 200 block of Smokey Road (residence, home). Damaged was the rear window of an Oldsmobile Bravada.

-Domestic violence and assault from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property from Hickory Street (residence, home). Stolen were various pieces of jewelry valued at $100.

Nov. 12

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a marijuana from the intersection of Kent Dairy Road and Warrior Drive (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana, testosterone cypionate and a metal and wood marijuana smoking pipe.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Comanche Circle (residence, home). Stolen and recovered were Alabama driver’s licenses, a Regions debit card, a pack of Newport cigarettes, a Bic lighter and $4 in U.S. currency.

-Harassment from the 1700 block of Woodbrook Trail (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the Peavine mobile home park (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 200 block of Seventh Street Northwest (residence, home). Stolen were a Smith and Wesson 9-millimeter handgun valued at $200.

-Information only from the 200 block of Total Solutions Way (commercial). Confiscated was a muffler.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Jefferson Lane (residence, home). Stolen was $650 in U.S. currency, checks from PNC Bank and a black wallet.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Balmoral Drive (hotel, motel). Stolen was a Ruger .45-caliber valued at $800 and an ATI gun valued at $500.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 at the Woodbrook Shell (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Animal complaint from the 7700 block of County Road 17 (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (storage facility). Confiscated were methamphetamine, a syringe with liquid methamphetamine, a methamphetamine pipe, a plastic straw with methamphetamine residue and rolling papers.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was clonaepam.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 200 block of Forest Hills Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a Troybuilt backpack blower valued at $200, a chain saw valued at $175, a Craftsman socket set valued at $40 and a Craftsman wrench set valued at $40.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen were a Criminal Minds DVD valued at $24.99, Blue Bloods DVD valued at $44.99, a Blue Bloods DVD valued at $26.99 and a Sony DVD player valued at $99.99.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from First Street Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated was heroin powder and a syringe.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 7000 block of Highway 119 (service, gas station). Forged was a personal check in the amount of $300.
