Daisy Fayle Phillips Burt, age 74 of Birmingham, passed away on Dec. 1, 2012. Mrs. Burt is survived by her loving husband, Mr. Gerald Burt; and a host of nieces and nephews and friends. Mrs. Burt retired from Bellsouth after 40 years and has since spent all her time serving her community at Gods Outreach Center in Harpersville. Southern Heritage Funeral Home and Cemetery Directing.
