-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated were plastic bags containing .37 grams of methamphetamine and syringes with drug residue.

-Property damage from the 300 block of Eighth Street Southwest (highway, street). Damaged was a 2001 Lexus IS300 in the amount of $700.

-Unlawful possession of a forged instrument from an unknown address (bank). Reported were $112 in bank fees.

-Damage to property from Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2005 Nissan Maxima in the amount of $2,000.

-Property damage from the 180 block of Jasmine Drive (residence, home). Reported was graffiti on the cement gutter.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Rock View Trail (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 400 block of Rock View Trail (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the North Colonial Promenade (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were candles valued at $23.98, knit tops valued at $115.83, party occasions valued at $29.99, JK TS valued at $96.97, basic jeans valued at $34.99, sweaters valued at $60.97 and fashion denim valued at $16.99.

-Theft of property from Regional Paramedical Services (other, unknown). Stolen was a 32-inch LCD TV valued at $350.

 

Nov. 28

-Harassment from the 100 block of Park Place Way (residence, home).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia – information only from 100019 Highway, 119 (school, college). Confiscated was a small socket with what is believed to be marijuana residue.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (construction). Stolen were a propane heater valued at $200, a plasma cutter valued at $2,000, a washer-dryer valued at $500, extension cords valued at $100 and sawsall cutters valued at $150.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Buck Creek Plaza (government, public building).

-Information only from the 9600 block of Highway 17 (residence, home).

-Theft of services and receiving stolen property from the 200 block of Seventh Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Stolen were power service in the amount of $204.08 and a power meter valued at $175.

-Theft of services from the 200 block of Seventh Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Stolen was power service valued at $7,000.

-Burglary and harassing communications from the 600 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home). Damaged were a trailer door and frame in the amount of $200 and an outbuilding door and frame in the amount of $200.

-Public intoxication and criminal littering from the 300 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home).

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Hillwood Lane (residence, home).

-Information only from address unlisted (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of prescription medication from 100 South Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were alprazolam, ropinirole, promethazone and ibuprofen.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Mangrove Drive (residence, home). Confiscated was a homemade bong.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 10000 block of Highway 17 (residence, home). Confiscated were a small bag of marijuana, a meth pipe, straws, clonazpam pills and pronmethazine pills.

-Theft of property and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 1251 First Avenue West (convenience store). Stolen and recovered was a six-pack of Bud Light bottles valued at $6.99.

-Attempted theft of property from the 1200 block of First Avenue West (service, gas station).

-Attempted theft of property from the 1200 block of First Avenue West (service, gas station).

-Domestic incident from the 800 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 300 block of Colonial Parkway (restaurant).

-Driving under the influence of a controlled substance and illegal possession of prescription drugs from Interstate 65 North (highway, street).

-Recovered animal from Interstate 65 North (highway, street). Recovered were two dogs valued at $200.

 

Dec. 1

-Recovered animal from the thrift store parking lot (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a small white dog.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Stolen were music CDs valued at $60 and allergy medication valued at $70.

-Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle and damage to property from the Target parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2008 Ford Expedition in the amount of $500.

-Criminal trespass from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Found property from the 700 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a Regions Bank debit card valued at $1.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Seventh Street Northwest (residence, home). Stolen was a Smith and Wesson .357-magnum revolver valued at $800.

-Property damage from Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a rear window in the amount of $400.

-Welfare check from County Road 264 (parking lot, garage).

-Harassment and criminal mischief from the 100 block of 13th Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

Stolen were a purse valued at $25, a Postal Service Visa credit card, an America’s First Federal Credit Union debit card, an American Express credit card, department store credit cards, an Alabama driver’s license and the key to a 2003 Toyota Tacoma.
