-Possession of a forged instrument II from the 12000 block of U.S. 280, Sterrett (specialty store). Stolen was $90 using check.

-Theft of property I from the 1200 block of Eagle Park Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were Costa Del Mar sunglasses valued at $150.

-Theft of property I from the 1600 block of Springfield Loop East (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a black 2012 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R valued at $8,000 and grey motorcycle cover valued at $300.

-Burglary III from the 200 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a stainless steel Tag Heuer watch valued at $2,800, a silver diamond watch valued at $800, a birth certificate and social security card and $4,300 in U.S. currency.

-Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 100 block of Smyer Lake Way, Leeds (residence/home). Stolen was $12,000 using card.
