-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 block of First Street South (highway, street). Confiscated were white pills identified to be hydrocodone valued at $1 and white powder substance the suspect stated was heroin valued at $1.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the Shelby Baptist Medical Center parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged were a trunk and bumper in the amount of $1,000.

-Lost property from the 9000 block of Highway 119 suite 1400 (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a $100 bill.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 600 block of Second Street Northeast (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic incident from the 600 block of Ninth Court Southwest (residence, home).

Dec. 4

-Burglary and theft of property from the 1300 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Stolen were bracelets valued at $120, a necklace valued at $20 and earrings valued at $20.

-Theft of property from Starbucks at the Promenade (specialty store). Stolen was $35 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Confiscated was wrapped up paper containing marijuana valued at $5.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Bare Tree Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a 2003 Jeep Cherokee in the amount of $200.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Chestnut Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a brick mailbox in the amount of $400 and two small trees in the amount of $100.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 7800 block of Highway 17 (residence, home). Stolen were a Playstation 3 game console valued at $400, Playstation 3 games valued at $150, a Glock 23 pistol valued at $500, an H&K 12-gauge shotgun valued at $10 and a New England 20-gauge shotgun valued at $100.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence third degree – harassment from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered was miscellaneous merchandise valued at $213.14.

-Damage to property from the 22 block of Christ Way (residence, home). Damaged were overhead AT&T Charter cable lines.

-Domestic dispute from the 600 block of Ninth Court Southwest (residence, home).

-Open door from the 100 block of Sundance (residence, home).

-Identity theft from Effingham, Ill. (other, unknown).

-Theft of property and criminal trespass from the 900 block of Colonial Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a floor jack valued at $85 and jack stands valued at $50.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of property form the 100 block of Timber Leaf Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a Playstation 3 valued at $250, a Wi-Fi box valued at $100 and $160 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered was an Xbox video game valued at $21.76.

-Theft of property and burglary from the 100 block of Grande View Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a Browning BAR valued at $1,500, a Remington 1100 valued at $600, a Stevens over-under valued at $400, a Hawkins muzzle loader valued at $100 and a High County bow and arrows valued at $300.

 

Dec. 7

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from Olde Towne Lane (residence, home).

-Identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 block of Oakbrooke Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Municipal Park (other, unknown). Confiscated was a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a glass smoking device and grinder containing marijuana residue.

-Theft of property from 104 Eighth Street Northwest (government, public building). Stolen were a Dayton trash pump and 20 feet of hose valued at $1,800.

-Theft of property from 630 Colonial Promenade (department store). Stolen and recovered were miscellaneous items valued at $82.12.

-Theft of property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were men’s crew shirts valued at $8.46.

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Denard Circle (residence, home).

-Information only from the 1700 block of Woodbrook Trail (residence, home). Reported was a check valued at $2,793.

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of old Highway 31 (residence, home).

 

Dec. 8

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 block of Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was a small plastic bag containing a small amount of marijuana and a marijuana smoking device.

-Domestic violence by strangulation from the 600 block of 12th Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 8700 block of Highway 26 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 Ford CVPI.

-Information only from Verizon Wireless on First Street Southwest (specialty store). Recovered was a Taurus TCP .38- caliber pistol.

-Dog in kennel from Seventh Place Southeast (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 100 block of Portsouth Lane (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Dogwood Trail (residence, home). Damaged were a mailbox and post in the amount of $150.

-Domestic incident investigation from the 1000 block of Thompson Road (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic dispute from the 1200 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home).

-Identity theft and theft of property from the 1000 block of Sixth Court Southwest (residence, home). Stolen were three iPhone 4S 16GB valued at $1,997.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1200 block of First Avenue West (residence, home). Confiscated were a small bag of marijuana and two metal pipes.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Confiscated were 2.76 grams of marijuana and the owner manual of a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Confiscated was a bag of marijuana.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Acer Trail (residence, home).

-Domestic investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Domestic incident from the 0-99 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

 

Dec. 9

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and attempting to elude from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (highway, street). Confiscated were six individually packaged bags of marijuana.

-Criminal mischief from the 1100 block of First Street South (restaurant). Damaged was a breaker box in the amount of $50.

-Theft of lost property from the 2200 block of Kent Dairy Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen were several debit cards, a driver’s license, a check book, $170 in U.S. currency, three checks and a red hard shell case.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Forest Hills Road (residence, home). Damaged was grass in the amount of $100.

-Damage to property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the rear bumper of a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu in the amount of $700.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Independence Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a wooden mailbox in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were miscellaneous items valued at $106.09.

-Information only from hunting land near County Road 26 (field, woods). Stolen was a Marlin .30/30 rifle valued at $450, a Bushnell rifle scope valued at $300 and a rifle case valued at $40.
