The Thompson Warriors cruised to their second Class 6A, Area 7 win with a 80-46 road victory over Stanhope Elmore Dec. 18.

Duke Thomas led Thompson (13-1, 2-0) with 19 points and seven rebounds. Marcus Lewis added 18 points with four 3-pointers. Caleb Johnson and Rashad Strother each added 13 points for the Warriors.
