Farewell celebration for Mr. Rickey Lee Tilley, age 43, of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Vincent, is Jan. 5, 2012, at 1 p.m. at Evangel Temple Deliverance Center with burial to follow at Bakers Grove Cemetery.
