PELHAM – The Alabama Crusaders, a Pelham-based semi-pro football team, will begin its 2013 season ticket campaign Jan. 11 and 12 at the Pelham Walmart on U.S. 31.

Football fans will have a chance to meet the Crusaders’ players and coaches and will have the opportunity to lock up tickets for the 2013 season from noon to 6 p.m.

The Crusaders’ roster includes several former Auburn University, Samford University, UAB and The University of Alabama players. Crusaders’ home games will be played at Pelham High School’s Ned Bearden Stadium.

The Crusaders will be back out at the Pelham Walmart Jan. 25 and 26 from noon to 6 p.m. to give fans another opportunity to buy their season tickets.

The Alabama Crusaders will begin their season March 2 at home against the North Alabama Warriors. Kickoff for the game is slated for 4:15 p.m.
