Madie Lou Richardson, age 82, of Sterrett, passed away on Jan. 11, 2013. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Jan. 15, 2013 at Abundant Grace Church. Burial will follow in Brasher Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Bolton Funeral Home, Columbiana, is directing.

Mrs. Richardson is preceded in death by her children, Dian Holcomb (Cliff) and Bobby.

She is survived by her children, Faye Poole (Randy), Melissa Morrison (Jay), Cynthia Alverez (Bob), Terry Plyler (Janet), Gary Plyler, Drusilla Gullette, Bill Plyler, Johnny Patterson, Carol Lucas (Rich), Ann Plyler, Debbie Eller, Neal Patterson, Earl Patterson, Leon Patterson, Ruth Patterson and Shirley Patterson; 36 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; brother, Melvin Wade Tate; and other family and friends.
