Karen Mary Helen Lewis, was born on May 29, 1973, to Jerry and Helen Lewis of Columbiana. She loved her family, her friends and her job. She lived life to the fullest. She had an infectious laugh and smile that would light up a room.

She left us too soon on Jan. 16, 2013, unexpectedly. She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Foster Lewis.

She left behind a daughter, Mary Helen Jones; the love of her life and Mary’s dad, Ronnie Jones of Montevallo; father, Jerry D. Lewis; brother, Randy Lewis, of Columbiana; sister, Kim Lewis Falkner (Wayne) of Wilsonville; brother, Gerry Lewis of Jasper; nieces, Amber Gilbert (Jared) of Shelby and Mattie Lewis of Jasper; nephews, Randal Lewis (Tabitha), Dakota Falkner and Tanner Falkner of Wilsonville; and great-niece, Halle Brooke Gilbert of Shelby.

Funeral services will be at Bolton Funeral Home, Columbiana, on Jan. 21 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Joe Stone and Rev. Lee Walton officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Jan. 20 at Bolton Funeral Home, Columbiana. Please sign online condolences at Boltonfuneralhome.com.
