Evangel handles Hope Christian, 61-39

The Evangel Christian Lightning defeated rival Hope Christian 61-39 in conference play Jan. 28 at Samford University.

Josh Letson led the Lightning with 12 points while Judson Motes finished with 10 points. Grayson Melick added nine points and 10 rebounds for Evangel.
