-Theft of property III from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (dept store). Stolen were a Virgin Mobile Venture Android prepay cell phone valued at $49.88 and a black Virgin Mobile Motorola Triumph Android prepay cell phone valued at $169.88

-Vehicle fire from U.S. 280 and Corporate Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $30,000 were done to a 2007 Mercury S6550.

-Minor in possession of alcohol and public intoxication from the 3200 block of Angus Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 3100 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was Dish Network television service valued at $650.

Damages in the amount of $200 were done to a tire, in the amount of $180 were done to a radio faceplate and in the amount of $200 were done to the interior upholstery of a truck.

-Theft of property II from the 600 block of Depot Street, Wilton (residence/home). Stolen were a .22 silver automatic handgun valued at $145, a Playstation 3 valued at $360, a T-Mobile My Touch valued at $53 and hair clippers valued at $54.

-Theft of property II from the 500 block of Foothills Ledge, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 10-500 T valued at $15.

-Theft of property II from the 4000 block of Highway 18, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were a patchwork pattern purse with large black rose on the side valued at $25, an Alabama drivers license valued at $25, debit card valued at $5, credit card valued at $5, prepaid cell phone valued at $5, check book valued at $5 and $25 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary III from the 100 block of Selma Street, Wilton (residence/home). Stolen were a camo colored Browning 300 mag. rifle valued at $800, a 12 gauge Winchester 1300 shotgun valued at $700 and a camo colored .22 caliber Marline rifle valued at $150.

-Burglary III from the 2700 block of Buck Horn Cove (residence/home). Stolen were an X-Box 360 valued at $400, an Apple iPhone 4 valued at $500, a Hewlett Packard DV7 Laptop valued at $850 and a Samsung 32 inch flatscreen television valued at $450.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana II from the 100 block of Missionary Ridge, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Theft of property II from Old Millhouse Lane, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were a yellow-gold ring, multicolored stone “spectrum” on inside surface valued at $600 and a large oval garnet pendant surrounded by small garnets in yellow-gold setting on a gold rope chain valued at $600.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. 280 near Sunrise Lane, Sterrett (highway/street).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card and theft of property II from the 300 block of Carriage Lane, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen were a debit card, books of checks and about $5,000 in withdrawals from bank account.

-Theft of property I from the 0 block of Nolen Street, Mt Laurel (construction). Stolen was a Forestry kit front door/windshield for a Bobcat valued at $3,000.
