The Coosa Valley Academy Lady Rebels suffered a 59-33 loss to Autauga Academy in the AISA Class 2A, Region I championship game Feb. 2.

Coosa Valley was held to single-digit scoring in all four quarters.

Danielle Richardson led the Lady Rebels with 18 points. Kaylan Rich added eight points and nine rebounds.

Coosa Valley will play Wilcox on Feb. 7 at 5 p.m. in the AISA Class 2A Elite Eight tournament at Huntingdon College in Montgomery.
