Twenty-six years ago, when Carol Cauthen opened Touching You, Inc., she wanted it to be a resource for cancer patients. As she moves into another year of not only being in business, but of dutifully serving her clients, she is more than confident that her work helping women feel whole again is God’s calling for her life.
Cauthen understands exactly what her clients are enduring. She was a 36-year-old newlywed, married only four months, when she received her diagnosis: stage 3 cancer, affecting 11 lymph nodes. Today, she stands strong as a 30-year survivor, but she has not forgotten the challenges she faced years ago as she searched for the essentials that would help her through chemotherapy and recovery.
