-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of First Street North (specialty store). Damaged were windows in the amount of $1,000.

-Damage to property from Kent Dairy Road at Lake Forest Way (other, unknown). Damaged were flowers in the amount of $300, shrubs in the amount of $156, hollies in the amount of $1,500, juniper shrubs in the amount of $230, grass in the amount of $130 and pine straw in the amount of $75.

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 at the 240 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 Ford Expedition in the amount of $2,000.

-Damage to property from County Road 17 at Eagle Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a 1998 Ford truck.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from Applegate Drive (residence, home).

-Identity theft from the Internet (residence, home). Stolen was $99.59 in U.S. currency.

-Harassing communications from Thompson High School (school, college).

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were a box of speakers valued at $18.88.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from Waffle House (parking lot, garage).

 

Jan. 24

-Carrying a pistol without a permit from 11th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated was a Glock .45-caliber pistol valued at $500 and a 10-round magazine valued at $20.

-Robbery from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered were four pairs of children’s jeans valued at $32 and a kid’s T-shirt valued at $9.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered were various pieces of candy valued at $59.85.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – assault from the 700 block of Barkley Circle (residence, home).

 

Jan. 25

-Information only – open door from the 200 block of Second Street Southwest (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from U.S. 31 at Old Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana and lortab.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 900 block of First Avenue West (highway, street).

-Assault from the 900 block of First Avenue West (highway, street). Damaged were glasses in the amount of $400.

-Harassment from Interstate 65 at the Airport exit ramp (highway, street).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Sixth Street Southwest (residence, home). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Sixth Street Southwest (residence, home).

 

Jan. 26

-Theft of property from Food Depot (commercial). Stolen was a bottle of Aleve pain medicine valued at $8.

-Open house party from the 100 block of Kent Hill Cove (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from and criminal trespassing from the 1564 Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Damaged were a glass door in the amount of $175, a door and frame in the amount of $350, a kitchen window in the amount of $175, a fish tank in the amount of $300, sliding rear glass doors in the amount of $700, a living room window in the amount of $400 and windows in the amount of $440.

Stolen were 20-by-50 Remington range finder valued at $150, Garmin GPS valued at $100 and black and silver iPod valued at $130. Damaged was central console locking mechanism of Jeep Wrangler in the amount of $200.

-Counterfeiting from the 60 block of Shelby County 87 (conv. store). Recovered was $5 counterfeit bill.

-Found property from the 160 block of Supercenter Drive (conv. store). Recovered was Hornady zombie max 308 valued at $32.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from Enclave Avenue (residence/home). Stolen were black Northface backpack with clothing valued at $150, black HP laptop valued at 4450, bottle of Oxycodone valued at $20 and bottle of Methadone valued at $20.

-Theft of property I and criminal trespass II from the 1600 block of Shelby County 84 (other/unknown). Stolen were track equipment, joint bars, high plates and miscellaneous fasteners valued at $15,000.

Stolen and recovered were four Armour valued at $7.50, Nestle sandwich valued at $3.50, CV fancy shred cheese valued at $9.20, smoked sausage valued at $3.15, Whiskas valued at $1.20, Fancy Feast valued at $1.34 and two cakes valued at $6.

-Domestic violence from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (hotel, motel). Recovered was a steak knife valued at $5.

 

Jan. 28

-Robbery from the 200 block of the Greenpark South Mobile Home Park (residence, home). Stolen was $300 in U.S. currency and an LG cell phone valued at $200.
