-Identity theft from 100 South Colonial Drive (other, unknown). Stolen were a credit card transaction in the amount of $794.54 and a credit card transaction in the amount of $202.62.

-Burglary and theft of property from North Grandview Lane (residence, home). Stolen were cabinets valued at $4,000 and fans and chandeliers valued at $600.

-Theft of gasoline from the 1200 block of First Avenue West (service, gas station). Stolen was gasoline valued at $20.20.

-Allowing a dog to be at large from the 100 block of Glen Abbey Way (residence, home).

-Damage to property from Alabaster Boulevard (highway, street). Damaged was a front bumper in the amount of $1,000.

 

Jan. 29

-Robbery from Lowe’s in the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were lineman’s pliers valued at $49.78.

-Found property from U.S. 31 (specialty store). Recovered were a Smith and Wesson pistol, a silver magazine and a nylon holster.

-Terroristic threat from 1509 Kent Dairy Road (school, college).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from 7645 Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Stolen were an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, Social Security cards, a check card, a check book, a $100 prepaid gas card and a billfold valued at $25.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassing communications from Highway 119 (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 11th Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Confiscated were lortab pills valued at $60.

-Violation of leash law from the 100 block of Tintern Abbey, highway, street).

-Theft of property and criminal trespass from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were earphones valued at $20 and headphones valued at $14.96.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Fran Drive (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana and a socket with marijuana residue.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of First Place Northeast (residence, home). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was miscellaneous merchandise valued at $98.35.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and receiving stolen property from the 300 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Stolen were 11 bags of marijuana, a scale, plastic baggies and a Browning 9-millimeter pistol valued at $500.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen were Boost Mobile cell phones valued at $259.98.

-Theft of property first-degree by deception from address unlisted (residence, home). Stolen was $32,000 in cash.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a flatscreen TV valued at $796.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from Aliant Bank at 50 Jimmy Gould Drive (bank). Stolen was a check valued at $1,842.

-Theft of property from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Trail (residence, home). Stolen was a 2000 Honda CBR valued at $3,500.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 at the lime plant (highway, street). Confiscated were two used crack pipes with residue and a brillo pad used to smoke crack cocaine.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of prescription medication from Highway 31 at the lime plant (highway, street). Confiscated was tramadol and hydrocodone.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from Tall Timber Road (residence, home).

-Information only from First Street Southwest (department store). Recovered was a counterfeit $100 bill.

-Theft of property from Kingwood Christian School (school, college). Stolen was a iPhone 5 valued at $200.

-License required to carry a pistol in a car from Pelham Parkway near County Road 52 West (highway, street). Recovered were a Sig Pro .40-caliber pistol valued at $700, two magazines for the Sig Pro valued at $50 and 20 rounds of .40-caliber ammunition valued at $20.

-Criminal mischief from Pelham High School (school, college). Damaged were several windows and doors painted with window chalk and paint.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 101 Cahaba Valley Parkway (restaurant). Damaged was a Honda Pilot in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property from the 1200 block of Brantley Hill Road (residence, home). Stolen was a 2002 GMC Sierra valued at $10,000.

-Theft of property from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were bottles of Mega Red Omega 3 valued at $52, Planters walnuts valued at $7, pecan halves valued at $100 and Publix sunflower seeds valued at $3.
