Spain Park sophomore Kevin McClure took second in his class at the AHSAA state wrestling tournament in Huntsville Feb. 16.

McClure went 3-1 in the tourament with his only loss coming in the championship match. McClure battled Marcus Elkins of Hewitt-Trussville in the finals, but was pinned to take second in the 6A 182 pound division.
