The Spain Park Jaguars opened the 2013 season with a 13-2 victory over Bob Jones Feb. 18.

Spain Park scored five runs in the first three innings, then erupted for eight runs in the seventh inning to take the win.

Grant Veteto led Spain Park with 2-for-3 performance with a home run, a double and two walks with two RBIs. Jon Sumner added a 3-for-4 outing with two runs scored. Josh Rich led the Jaguars with three RBIs while batting 3-for-5 at the plate.

Rich picked up the win for Spain Park with six strikeouts while allowing two runs on five hits.
