Slane leads Panthers to top-5 finish

Pelham High School senior Connor Slane took second in the Panthers first tournament of the golf season at Auburn High School Invitational at Indian Pines Golf Course Feb. 19.

Slane finished with a round score of 72 to lead Pelham. Aaron Borgosz (75) and Spencer Hollon (79) rounded out the Panthers’ top finishers.

The Panthers took fifth in the team standings with a combined score of 317.
