-Alabama Taxpayer Citizen Protection Act from U.S. 280 near Essex Drive, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Burglary III From the 300 block of Murray Drive, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were 52-inch LG black flat screen, 42-inch black flat screen, black computer tower and black Dell laptop.

-Criminal mischief III from the 400 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damaged was 2003 Saturn Vue in the amount of $500.

Stolen were bucket full of 1-inch copper pipe pieces valued at $25, white metal steel construction-grade door valued at $500, old cast iron pot belly stove valued at $500, old metal box fan valued at $100, old rusted metal tool box valued at $25, six 2-foot-by-4-foot black lights with aluminum covers valued at $600 and various scrap metal pieces valued at $200.
