Pelham took first in its pool in the Spain Park Jaguar Classic with a 5-0 victory over Jeff Davis and an 11-5 win over Moody on March 1.

The Panthers began the tournament with a 5-0 shutout of Jeff Davis. Rebekah Fox pitched a no-hitter while striking out 10 batters in the win. Whitney Gillespie led Pelham batters with a 2-for-3 performance with two RBIs and a home run.

Pelham clinched first in their pool with their victory over Moody. The Panthers held a 1-run lead into the sixth where they erupted for six runs to seal the 11-5 win.

Gillespie led Pelham batting 2-for-4 with a double, triple and five RBIs. Fox added a 1-for-4 effort with a home run and two RBIs. Emily Spain picked up the win in the circle with four strikeouts.
