Emma Boothe, age 74, of Calera passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2012 in Alabaster.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, William Boothe; brothers, J.R. Benton, Adrian Benton and Clyde Benton; sister, Louise Lawley; daughter, Teresa Carlee; and son, Melvin Boothe.

Emma is survived by her sons, Charles Boothe (Tina) and James Boothe (Paula); brother, Doug Benton; 12 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Montevallo. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013 at 2 p.m. with Bro. Ray Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery. She will lie-in-state one hour prior to the service.
