-Harlan Taylor Jennings, 52, Lillian, unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

-David Allen Smith, 39, Molino, possession of marijuana second degree and drug paraphernalia – first offense.

-Deshun Obryan White, 24, Bessemer, possession of marijuana second degree.

-Courtney Lyne Johnson, 24, Thorsby, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

-Kam Paschel, 23, Helena, violation of court order by non-payment, three counts of capias warrant – driving while suspended, two counts of capias warrant – speeding and one count of capias warrant – switched tag.

-Jose Guadalupe Rodriguez-Garcia, 45, Helena, driving under the influence of alcohol.
