-Burglary III and criminal mischief I from the 100 block of Overland Road, Montevallo (residence/home). Damages in the amounts of $5,000 were done to miscellaneous items inside apartment, $500 to a concrete wall surrounding a rear door frame and $500 to a rear door and door frame. Stolen were a commercial red Honda push mower valued at $750, a white wooden desk valued at $200 and a shop vacuum

-Domestic violence III from the 300 block of Sky View Drive, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, from the 200 block of Highway 204 (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from the 500 block of Hicks Street, Montevallo (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $250 were done to passenger side vehicle tires.

-Criminal mischief III from the 4000 block of Highway 25, Montevallo (supermarket).

-Damages in the amount of $400 were done to a right front door.

-Burglary I and theft of property II from the 300 block of Overland Road, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were a 32 inch LCD Dynex flat screen valued at $500, an Xbox 360 Black 250 gigabyte valued at $400, a silver Intel laptop valued at $200 and miscellaneous Xbox 360 games and blue ray DVDs valued at $100.

-Burglary I and theft of property II from the 300 block of Overland Road, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were a 24 inch LCD Dynex Crooked on stand valued at $350, a white Xbox 360 Kinect valued at $200, a white Nintendo Wii with white remote valued at $200, a silver 8 gigabyte iPod Touch with black case valued at $200 and miscellaneous Xbox 360 games, Wii games and blue ray DVDs valued at $100.

 

March 18

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 500 block of Overland Road, Montevallo (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a Kindle Fire with purple case valued at $220, a Verizon Samsung Charge phone valued at $150 and a mini bottle of liquor valued at $2.

-Recovered stolen property I from the intersection of Overland Road and Shoshone Drive, Montevallo (highway/street). Recovered were an Apple iPad in a red case, Kindle Fire in a blue leather case, a black Magelin GPS, a gray Garmin Street Pilot c530, a blackVerizon Samsung cell phone, two silver and black Apple iPods and a blue with silver stripping Trex 830 mountain bike.

-Found property from the 700 block of Overland Road, Montevallo (highway/street). Recovered was a Roadmaster purple ladies 18 speed 24 inch Mt Sport SX mountain bike.

-Criminal mischief III from the 200 block of Wilson Drive, Montevallo (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $115 were done to eight U.S. standard mailboxes.

-Found property from the 1300 block of Highland Street (residence/home). Recovered was a Murray GSX 24 inch men’s mountain bike.

-Burglary III and theft of property III from the 1300 block of Highland Street (residence/home). Stolen were $35 in U.S. currency and Xanax .5 milligram tablets valued at $20.

-Burglary III and theft of property III from the 1300 block of Highland street (residence/home). Stolen were a Kurio 7 inch Android tablet with blue rubber cover valued at $278, a men’s 24 carat yellow gold wedding band in size 10 valued at $150, a 2 ounce bottle of Curve men’s cologne valued at $20 and 20 Loritab 10 milligram tablets valued at $20.

-Theft of property from Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were a bed riser valued at $7, a T-hinge valued at $4, spray paint valued at $6, Bounty valued at $1, straws valued at $5, fish attract valued at $8 and super perm valued at $3.

-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Oxford Way (residence, home).

-Theft of property and recovery of a stolen vehicle from the 100 block of Yeager Court (parking lot, garage). Stolen and recovered was a 1998 GMC Sierra valued at $3,000 and an Alabama tag valued at $75.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from a parking lot (restaurant). Stolen and recovered were a brown leather purse with assorted keys valued at $30 and a leather bag with assorted toiletries valued at $25.

-Theft of property from the 2800 block of Pelham Parkway (convenience store). Stolen was a bottle of Ciroc valued at $44.

Confiscated were various brands of cigarettes valued at $6,005, various prepaid gift cards, various clothing and personal hygiene items and a bottle containing 21 suspected amoxicillin capsules valued at $5.

-Property damage from the 5000 block of Highway 11 (church). Damaged was a 2004 GMC Yukon SUV in the amount of $500.

-Unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds from Interstate 65 at the north city limits (highway, street). Confiscated was a black and green package labeled ?Super Nova? containing suspected salvia divinorum valued at $25.

-Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance from Highway 119 at Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were meuratic acid valued at $15, lighter fluid valued at $18, butane valued at $10, 12-hour Sudafed valued at $5, aluminum foil valued at $15 and nine insulin syringes valued at $15.

March 18

-Receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of marijuana from Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Recovered was a 1994 Lexus ES300 valued at $6,000 and confiscated was a bag of suspected marijuana valued at $45.

-Recovery of stolen vehicle from Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Recovered was a 1994 Lexus ES300 valued at $6,000.
