Kevin Zackary Taylor, age 40, of Chelsea, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2013. He was born on July 5, 1972, in Crescent, Del Norte County, Calif. Memorial service at a time to be announced later at Union United Methodist Church.

Mr. Taylor is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, World War II Veteran Zack Franklin Taylor Sr.; and maternal grandfather, World War II Veteran S.W. Dulaney.

He is survived by his mother, Linda Dulaney Taylor; father, Vietnam Veteran Zack F. Taylor Jr.; stepmother, Wanda Taylor; paternal grandmother, Gertrude Elizabeth Lusk Taylor; maternal grandmother, Wilma Shaw Holcombe Dulaney; and a host of other family and friends.
