March 25

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 17 at Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Confiscated were small plastic bags with white residue and a glass pipe used to smoke methamphetamine.

-Shoplifting from 320 South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered were women’s tops valued at $51.96.

-Possession of amphetamine from 50 Kent Stone Way.

-Harassing communications from the Alabaster Police Department (residence, home).

-Harassment from victim’s residence (residence, home).

-Domestic violence – harassment from the kitchen (residence, home).

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Lake Lane (residence, home).

 

March 26

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 900 block of Burnt Pine Drive (residence, home). Confiscated were methamphetamine, alprazolam, carisoprodol, methocarbamol, a marijuana pipe, a meth pipe and mechanical postal scales.

-Criminal trespass second degree and theft of property first degree from the 200 block of Cloverdale Circle (commercial). Stolen were copper tubing valued at $4,000, plumbing tools valued at $10,000 and damaged was a fence in the amount of $400.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the Maylene Post Office (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Property damage and leaving the scene of an accident from Interstate 65 (highway, street).

-Property damage from Petsmart (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Mitsubishi Montero in the amount of $500.

-Domestic dispute from the 100 block of Acorn Circle (residence, home).

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 1500 block of Applegate Circle (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Newgate Road (residence, home). Stolen were firearms valued at $300.

March 27

-Illegal possession of prescription drugs from the 1400 block of Smokey Road (highway, street). Confiscated was gabapentin.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 7800 block of Highway 17 (residence, home). Stolen were a wallet valued at $20, a credit card, $200 in cash and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Theft of property third degree from Walmart (department store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $49.88.

-Burglary and theft from residence from the victim’s residence (residence, home). Stolen were an LCD TV valued at $400, an iPad valued at $300 and a DVD player valued at $30.

-Shoplifting from Lowe’s Home Improvement (department store). Stolen and recovered were building materials valued at $12.72, electrical pliers valued at $42.98, a saw blade valued at $2.47, a ring terminal valued at $6.50 and a saw blade valued at $2.47.

-Miscellaneous offenses from the 100 block of Lucas Lane (residence, home).

-Possession of marijuana second degree and driving under the influence of a controlled substance from Little Caesar’s pizza (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were marijuana, a shotgun and a pistol.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia from the 240 mile marker of Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were clonazepam, diazepam, methadone hydrochloride and a syringe.

-Open door from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (commercial).

-Drug paraphernalia –second offense from Walgreens (drug store). Confiscated was a glass smoking pipe.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of dangerous drugs from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana, amphetamine salts and hydrocodone.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 200 block of King James Court (residence, home).

-Reckless endangerment from Target (highway, street).

-Identity theft from Sam’s Club in Lake, Fla. (specialty store). Stolen was $4,375.83.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication from Interstate 65 southbound (highway, street). Confiscated were methamphetamine and a glass pipe used to smoke meth.

-Theft of property from Publix (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were hair color valued at $8.99, hair color valued at $6.99, Revlon colorsilk valued at $5.69 and cough medicine valued at $5.69.

-Using a false identity to obstruct justice from Interstate 65 South near the 236 mile marker (highway, street).

-Burglary and criminal mischief from Scrubs 4 Less (specialty store). Stolen was a cash register valued at $150 and damaged were double steel doors in the amount of $2,500.

March 21

-Pubic intoxication and carrying a concealed weapon from the 500 block of County Road 304 (parking lot, garage). Reported was a Ford F450.

-Criminal mischief – damage to public property from 9758 Highway 25 (other, unknown). Damaged was a restroom sink in the amount of $150.

-Failure to appear from 10947 Highway 25 (government, public building).

-Failure to appear from 425 Sixth Avenue South (government, public building).

-Death investigation from Waterford Cove Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree – shoplifting from 5100 Highway 31 (department store). Recovered were a Miller cap valued at $10, black gloves valued at $25, cutting pliers valued at $14, a University of Alabama lanyard valued at $4 and a USB charger valued at $15.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 300 block of County Road 306 (residence, home). Damaged was a Ford Expedition in the amount of $500 and stolen was an HP laptop valued at $900.
