The Novella Club of Columbiana is hosting the 18th Annual Antiques, Arts and Craft Show Saturday, April 27, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Shelby County Exhibition Center on Alabama 70 next to the Shelby County School of Technology in Columbiana.

Co-Chairs and committee chairs are: Novella President Lisa Sallas, Becky Moore; Vendors — Heidee Vansant, Bonnie Atchison; Food — Renee’ Wilder, Janice Key, Stephanie Foster; Advertising — Marcia Murrah, Sallie Lawshe; Signs — Peggy Wood, Laura Rodgers; Sponsors- Gloria Beasley; Activities — Stephanie Foster and Anita Davis.

Vendors participating are: Melanie Cooper-Handmade crocket, home décor; Ruby Payne — Barbie dolls, clothing; Liz Masoner — crochet, general crafts; Charlotte McFarland — fused, blown art glass; Vicki Brooks — ‘Scentsy’ wickless candles; Mary Ann Allen — original photography with scripture; Sherry Shirley — jewelry, scarves, Deco mesh wreaths, hair bows, children’s items; Ann Waldrop and Kim Hale —hand thrown functional pottery; Cheryl Bates — monogram, embroidery sewn items; Robin and Bobby Johnston —handmade jewelry in copper and brass; Betty Buchanan — jewelry; Kim McCulla — pet gifts, treats, toys, collars; Charlene Tucker — crocheted, monogrammed, sewn items, jewelry, paintings; Karen Sweeney — personalized gifts, stationery; Heidee Vansant — ‘Pampered Chef’ products; Jim and Judy Jones — handmade purses, quilts, antiques, wood burned gourds; Lori Rhodes — handmade jewelry; Cathy Barker — Yo-Yo animals, embroidery, scarves; Diane McKinnon and Jan Rogers — spring scarves, jewelry, gifts; Julie Seals — ‘Silpada Designs’ jewelry (.925 sterling silver); Juniata Albright — handmade jewelry, crochet embellished towels; Jason Weldon — handmade candles, paintings; Kay Springs — handmade stone planters, garden art; Nancy Roberson — ‘Bath Fitters’ (info booth for acrylic tubs and showers); Heather Alford — hand-painted and sewn items, jewelry; Veronica Bailey — floral arrangements, tabletop fountains; Sherri Lou Campbell — clay, glass pottery, artwork, jewelry; Jennifer Miller —Original ‘Owl’ Custom Jewelry, glass lockets with unique charms to go inside; Del Mock — children’s clothing, vinyl and baby items.

This is the primary fundraiser for Novella, a member of the Alabama Federation of Women’s Clubs since 1957. The funds raised support local scholarships, schools, charities, Cancer Survivor Dinner, joint club fundraiser for Shelby County Arts Council, and personalized blankets for new residents of Columbiana Health and Rehabilitation.
