Dear Editor,

Remember when we were children and we played follow the leader? One person was chosen as the leader and the rest followed. Well, the state’s legislature, in my opinion, needs to review the way to play this game.

Ever since his election as Alabama’s governor, Dr. Robert Bentley has kept his word in not taking a pay until the state’s economy is back on track.

Why is the legislature not playing by the rules of the game? We as taxpayers want to know why they are not playing by the rules.
