-Theft of property third degree from Belk (department store). Stolen and recovered were jewelry valued at $8.39, sandals valued at $29.99 and treatment valued at $165.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Portsouth Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a weedeater valued at $39 and a backpack blower valued at $600.

-Lost property from the Alabaster Police Department (other, unknown). Reported was a city identification badge.

-Property damage from Habanero’s Mexican Grill (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property third degree from PDS Enterprises (department store). Stolen were mints valued at $8, movies valued at $4, sunglasses valued at $6, ball caps valued at $24, pictures valued at $4, a fanny pack valued at $15 and spray adhesive valued at $4.

-Theft of property third degree from Woodbrook Circle (residence, home). Stolen and recovered were camping supplies valued at $100.

-Theft from residence from the 100 block of Bare Tree Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Sony PlayStation 3 valued at $585 and game discs valued at $150.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Ninth Avenue Southeast (other, unknown). Confiscated were drugs/narcotics.

-Harassing communications from victim’s residence (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia form the 238 exit of Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana and cigar paper.

-Theft of property third degree and burglary second degree from 11th Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Stolen was $200 in U.S. currency.

-Assault third degree and domestic violence third degree from a living room (residence, home).

-Possession of marijuana second degree and drug paraphernalia – first offense from Alabaster Fire Station No. 2 (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana, a marijuana smoking device and a straw with white residue.

-Theft of firearms from an unknown location (residence, home). Stolen was a Ruger Mark 3 valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property third degree from Walmart. Stolen were recordings valued at $150.

-Harassment from victim’s residence (residence, home).

-Trespassing notice from the 100 block of City Park Road.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from Reese Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a DVD navigation unit valued at $3,500 and damaged was an Audi A4 in the amount of $1,000.

-Criminal mischief – damage to private property from the 800 block of Alabaster Boulevard (residence, home). Damaged was a Lincoln LS in the amount of $250 and a rear windshield in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property from Fourth Avenue Northeast (residence, home). Stolen was a Nissan Maxima valued at $36,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from Cobblestone Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Smith and Wesson pistol valued at $400 and reported was a Dodge Ram and a Ford Explorer.

-Theft of property third degree from the 10300 block of U.S. 31 (residence, home). Stolen was an iPhone valued at $400.

-Burglary second degree and criminal mischief – damage to private property from Kensington Manor Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a door and frame in the amount of $450.

-Menacing and criminal mischief from County Road 22 at Depot Drive (highway, street). Reported was a Nissan Sentra and damaged was a front passenger door window in the amount of $200.

-Criminal mischief – damage to private property and criminal trespass third degree from Sumner Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a window in the amount of $300, a sliding glass door screen in the amount of $100 and window blinds in the amount of $30.
