-Theft of property III from the 900 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were 23 pairs of assorted women’s shoes valued at $400 and 19 assorted sweatshirts and t-shirts for screen-printing valued at $100.

-Miscellaneous information from the 7400 block of Highway 51, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Failure to pay for gasoline from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (service/gas station). Stolen were 17.6 gallons of mid-grade gasoline ($3.409 per gallon) valued at $60.

-Miscellaneous information from Kings Home Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Interference with custody from Mossy Oak Drive, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Facilitating solicitation of unlawful sexual conduct with a child from Camp Branch Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 1900 block of Indian Crest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were approximately 200 pairs of assorted earrings valued at $1,000, a yellow gold wedding ring with one diamond setting valued at $1,500, 24 assorted necklaces valued at $1,000 and the front door of the residence.

-Theft of property I from the 0 block of Griffin Lake Road, Chelsea (other/unknown). Stolen were 19 steel beams 24 feet by 20 inches valued at $12,350.

-Public intoxication from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana (highway/street).

-Hindering prosecution II from the 100 block of Canyon Trail, Pelham (residence/home).

-Permitting dogs to roam at large from the 100 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (highway/street).

-Driving while under the influence of alcohol from the 2200 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Fire investigation from the 3300 block of Culloden Way, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 2500 block of Highway 37, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Theft of property I from Baldwin Lane, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen were unauthorized charges in the amounts of $3,031.18 and $371.99.

-Harassment from the 0 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham (hotel/motel).

-Failure to pay for gasoline purchase from the 2400 block of Highway 25, Wilton (conv store). Stolen were 14.85 gallons of unleaded gasoline at $3.369 per gallon valued at $50.03.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2500 block of Highway 37, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from the 5200 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Theft of property I from the 1600 block of Sweet Apple Court, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a 5 foot by 10 foot carry-on trailer valued at $1,200 and a Toro Proline 44 inch walk-behind mower valued at $2,000.

-Theft of property I from the 1600 block of Sweet Apple Court, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a 5 foot by 10 foot carry-on trailer valued at $1,200 and a Toro Proline 44 inch walk-behind mower valued at $2,000.

-Theft of property II from the 5400 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were a 1994 Toyota half-ton doors valued at $200, a 1998 Chevy S-10 hood valued at $150, front/rear end (differential) 1982 Jeep CJ valued at $800 and a 1939 Pontiac front axle valued at $10.

-Burglary III from the 300 block of Sheffield Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $200 were done to a glass window, in the amount of $1,000 to two copper wires in the kitchen and laundry area and in the amount of $1,000 were done to two sheetrock damaged kitchen and laundry area.

-Missing person from the 4400 block of Highway 21, Shelby (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous informaiton from the 2500 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Allow dogs to run at large from the 9500 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $200 were done to 12 chickens and in the amount of $100 were done to a chicken coop.

 

May 6

-Theft of property III from 16054 U.S. 280, Chelsea. Stolen was a personal check made out for $70.80.

-Theft of property II from the 7900 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a blue electric Lincoln MIG Welden valued at $300, a blue and black 10 inch Delta mitersaw valued at $250 and a Craftsman 2.5 gallon air compressor valued at $190.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 200 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a Sig Sauer Desert Scorpion valued at $800, 50 rounds of .45 APC ammo valued at $40 and a digital camouflage pistol holster valued at $50.

-Theft of property I from the 2000 block of River Birch Way, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a silver 10 piece flatware set valued at $12,000.

-Missing person from the 200 block of Farmingdale Trace, Harpersville (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 700 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $300 were done to a vehicle hood.

-Theft of property II from the 16700 block of Highway 55, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen were four Dixie Outfitters rock crawlers rims in black valued at $400 and four Goodyear Wrangler tires valued at $975.

-Identity theft from the 4800 block of Keith Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was $114.98 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic violence III, harassing communications, and civil dispute, violation of restraining order, from the 5300 block of Woodford Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 1700 block of Wingfield Court, Birmingham (bank).

-Identity theft from the 1700 block of Wingfield Court, Birmingham (commercial).

-Theft of property I from the 100 block of Butler Road, Alabaster (field/woods). Stolen was a red and black 13 horsepower Honda engine with a hydraulic pump on top valued at $4,500.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Reed Creek Drive, Shelby (residence/home).

-Burglary III and theft II from the 9000 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were two walk-behind gas rotary tillers valued at $300 and a gas push mower vlaued at $250.

-Theft of property I from Waxahatchee Creek (lake/waterway). Stolen was a Harris Floteboat 28 foot pontoon boat with an 85 horsepower Evinrude motor with aluminum hull and canopy with green seats.

-Domestic violence, harassment, and domestic violence III, criminal mischief, from the 6000 block of CR-55, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $3,500 were done to a black 2001 Ford F150 XLT 4×4 pickup.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2900 block of Clydebank Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were four DVDs that were the property of the Shelby County Library valued at $80, a PlayStation 2 valued at $200 and a set of cooking knives valued at $100.

-Menacing from the 100 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea (field/woods).

-Damaged property from Oak Mt. Lodge, 5400 block of U.S. 280 (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $400 were done to terrier mix.

-Property damage from Highway 231 near CR-468, Vincent (highway/street).

-Theft of property III from the 200 block of Yerby Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a white rocking chair valued at $100.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Circle 1, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were two toy poodles both valued at $600.
